  2. Find a Lower Rate If you spot the same room, at the same property, for the same dates on another website within 24 hours of booking, let us know.

  3. Get Your Refund Once we verify the offer, we will process a refund for the price difference directly to your original payment method.

Qualification Criteria

To ensure a fair comparison, the lower price must meet the following requirements:

  • Same Property & Room Type: The offer must be for the exact same accommodation and bed configuration.

  • Identical Dates: The check-in and check-out dates must match your StayPicker booking.

  • Same Terms: The cancellation policy, meal plan (e.g., breakfast included), and booking conditions must be identical.

  • Publicly Accessible: The rate must be available to the general public. This excludes "secret" member-only rates, loyalty rewards, or corporate discounts.
