Villa Sebenico is a newly built, modern villa located only 4 km away from the tourist town of Šibenik and 6 km from the National Park Krka, famous for its beautiful nature and stunning waterfalls, which have been delighting nature lovers for years.
This beautiful villa with a living space of 219 m2 can comfortably host 9 guests in 4 spacious double bedrooms. The main bedroom also has a direct exit to the terrace with a fantastic sea view. Guests have 4 large bathrooms at their disposal. 3 bathrooms are equipped with a shower whereas the fourth bathroom has a bath tub for guests who enjoy bubble baths. A fully equipped kitchen with a luxurious dining area and a spacious living room complete the utterly charming interior offer of the villa Sebenico which also features underfloor heating. Free WiFi is available from every corner of the indoor and outdoor space.
The fully enclosed, 716 m2 large courtyard of the villa features a lovely swimming pool (9x4) surrounded by sun loungers where you can enjoy a refreshing swim at any time of day or night. There is also a children's playground and an outdoor dining room with barbecue. Guests also have three private parking spaces at their disposal.

The villa can accommodate up to 9 persons. It consists of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms spread over the lower ground floor, the ground floor, and the upper floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a double bed. One of the rooms located on the upper floor has an extra bed available for the 9th person. The spacious living room has access to the lovely covered terrace that overlooks the pool and is the perfect spot for gathering together and enjoying some al fresco meals prepared on the charcoal barbecue. As the garden is leveled, steps lead from the terrace between the olive trees to the inviting pool area with a gorgeous view. Another spot where you can enjoy the great view is on the balcony.
