Overview

The lovely, traditional stone villa is a wonderful, poolside villa situated in Donje Selo on the island Šolta. The villa is an excellent example of traditional Dalmatian Island houses built during the 20th century. The 85 sqm house is built on three levels, on the property of 320 sqm. The villa’s exterior is dominated by the heated swimming pool, together with the garden where you can find typical Mediterranean bushes. Can you imagine anything more relaxing than sunbathing by the pool, fresh water still dripping from your face, and the smell of lavender filling the air? Thanks to the narrow, but high construction of the house, the bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located on the top floors, offering splendid views of the green surroundings of the village. The interior of the villa is decorated respecting the dalmatian legacy, so you will find stone walls inside the villa as well, wooden furniture and art showing island motifs.
