Lovely stay at Ivicas place. Right near the beach, restaurants and bars!! The apartment was clean and enough space for the 4 of us. Communication was excellent and Ivica was very accommodating with our requests. We will definitely be visiting the beautiful Split again!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Podstrana. Die Unterkunft von Ivica war sehr schön. Der Weg zum Strand war nicht weit. Es ging zwar bergauf vom Strand zurück zur Unterkunft, für uns war es aber kein Problem. Der Pool ist sehr schön mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Beim Pool selbst sind Toiletten und Ivica stellt auch Handtücher für den Pool, eine tolle Extra Leistung! Nach Split fährt ein Bus alle 30 Minuten. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist auch gleich in der Nähe. In der Küche ist das nötigste um Essen zuzubereiten. Wir hoffen wir können wieder kommen!

Séjour parfait ! Appartement propre, fonctionnel et idéalement placé pour vadrouiller facilement à Trogir, Split ou Omiš … nous avons même fait l’aller retour pour Plitvice dans la journée (comptez 2h30). parfaite communication avec Ivica merci beaucoup ☺️👌🏻 Je recommande à 100%

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Ivica war immer zu erreichen, wenn wir eine Frage hatten und sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles in Allem können wir die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Ivica ist ein ganz toller Gastgeber.

Really loved this apartment. Quiet and well appointed, the lady looking after the property was so helpful and friendly and helped with some laundry we needed. We took our two year old daughter and the apartment worked well for all of us. Great to have a good size pool too. The apartment was a ten minute walk with a few restaurants along the beach. There were a few good supermarkets nearby and a lovely bakery. Split was also only 20mins drive. Ivica the host was super responsive with a few queries we had. Would definitely recommend for families or couples and would stay again

It was great to stay at the apartment. It’s close to the beach and to the small shop to grab some fresh bread for the breakfast. Pool is great and clean additional fresh towels everyday is a nice touch. Beautiful view on the see and the pool. Great spacious balconies. Beds are comfortable and with fresh sheets. We would definitely come back, we had a great time there!

The apartment was really clean, and had all the amenities you would need. Beautiful pool and the fresh pool towels every day was a lovely touch. The apartment is about 5 minutes walk from the beach and from there you can walk along the path to the marina and stobrec. Ubers were easy to source and it's about 20mins into Split. We had the best time and would love to come back!

Ivica was an amazing host. Responding to messages even late a night when I needed help. Would absolutely recommend, it’s a 20 minute drive to Split center and had a cool view of the ocean.

Very relaxing location. A bit out from split itself but buses and taxis are very easy to get. We went into split most days and evenings. Lovely facilities and very modern. The slippers for each guest were a lovely touch. Thanks for having us

Wat een prachtige plek! Hele mooie ruime appartementen die van alle gemakken zijn voorzien. Op het balkon is het heerlijk verblijven. Het zwembad is heerlijk, alleen in het voorjaar nog iets te koud. Strand, supermarkt, bakker, alles is op loopafstand. Een bezoek aan Split kan eenvoudig met bus, taxi of natuurlijk eigen auto. Echt een aanrader!

Ivica is a great host. Super proactive and responsive. The apartment was clean and spacious for our family of four. It was situated in a quiet area, safe, and easily accessible by car and not far from Split city Center. The girls enjoyed the communal pool and living space. We appreciated the late check-out. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

You cannot go wrong with this jewel. Everything is super clean, the check-in was perfectly described. It’s nice to relax by the pool or go to the beach that is in walking distance. You’re close to the main road where you can catch the bus to go to Split for example. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the nice weather in a calm environment. 10/10 would recommend!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Ausstattung und großem sauberen Pool. die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat prima geklappt. Die Strände und die Bushaltestelle waren super zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Straße vorm Haus wird allerdings gerne als Abkürzung Richtung Split gewählt und ist daher gut befahren.

Sehr modernes Haus mit einigen Apartments. Wir waren jedoch die einzigen Gäste und haben es sehr genossen. Der Pool ist wirklich das grosse Plus. Dir Grösse passte perfekt und er war extrem sauber wie alles im und ums Haus. Preis / Leistung fanden wir sehr gut und die Kommunikation mit Ivica war stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

This place was great and exactly what we needed to relax and enjoy the sun! The pool was very peaceful and we were only a short walk from the beach! The apartment was very clean and perfect for the 4 of us! Ivica was extremely helpful with recommendations, checking on us, and providing us with items we needed included playing cards.
