Très beau logement, fonctionnel avec plus que le nécessaire pour y vivre. Rare sont les logements avec autant d'aménagement et de choses disponibles. Nous avons passé un bon séjour, Ivana était disponible pour répondre à nos questions et pouvoir s'organiser pour l'arrivée et le départ. Le logement est très bien situé pour le calme et la vue. Des magasins, restaurants, boulangerie etc sont a proximité. Il faut avoir en tête que de nombreuses marches nous séparent du port et de la ville. D'autres moyens comme les Bolt ou le bus peuvent être utilisés. Nous avons principalement utilisé la marche et les Bolt durant notre séjour : tout s'est bien passé.
We had a wonderful stay here. Location was very clean and spacey. The view on the harbour was amazing. Also it was very quiet and the beds are very good.

Honestamente, foi um dos melhores Airbnb que já fiquei hospedada. Todos os detalhes me impressionaram muito, o cuidado da Host em sinalizar todas as tomadas, os armários, etc, é impressionante. A casa é ótima e muito espaçosa. Tem dois quartos grandes e com muitas tomadas, tem dois banheiros (um com máquina de lavar e de secar e os dois com aquecimento no chão 🤯). A cozinha é toda equipada com eletrodomésticos novos e a Host deixou água com gás e cerveja para que pudessemos beber! Pegamos alguns dias de chuva e a casa tinha baralho e quebra cabeça, o que foi muito legal. Foi realmente impressionante, indico muito!

This apartment really is home from home. Ivana was lovely to deal with and it was so nice to meet her. Maro who looks after the property was always on hand to help if necessary, whether it was arranging trips or getting to the airport. When I come back to Dubrovnik I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend to anyone. Thank you so much.

A super nice stay in an excellent apartment. The apartment was just like in the pictures and super clean. There was wine, beer and water for us in the fridge. The view from the Terrase is breathtaking. There is a free covered parking space for the car. Ivana and Maro are perfect hosts, can be reached immediately and with many tips for the area. There was even the offer to organize excursions and transfers for us. It couldn't be better. We are happy to come back.

Siamo molto entusiasti dell' appartamento di Ivana , curato nei dettagli estremamente pulito con doppio bagno e parcheggio riservato . nella casa non manca niente , ci siamo sentiti coccolati da Ivana , in frigo varie bevande disponibili . Ivana has been a great host! Her place is exactly as the airbnb post, with nice views to the town and water. Close enough to old town and accessible to uber and taxi. She also helped us get transportation from the airport to our airbnb which was super helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Ivana was my first ever airbnb host and she really set the standard of what one should be. Extremely proactive and good in communication, kind and knows a lot about Dubrovnik. The view from the entrance was panoramic and absolutely stunning. A lot of stairs but me and my family were willing to do that for such a beautiful view. Plenty of towels if you want to go to the beach and a nice homely feel. Me and my family loved the place very much.
Gospodarz bardzo komunikatywny, możliwość dogadania transportu z lotniska, jasne instrukcje co do zameldowania. Apartament świetnie wyposażony, bardzo czysty. Taras z przepięknym widokiem, na żywo jeszcze lepszy niż na zdjęciach.

Prachtige, rustige locatie met uitzicht over de haven van Dubrovnik. Het huisje was van alles voorzien. Ivana en Maro waren erg behulpzaam. Ik raad iedereen dit huisje zeker aan!
Lovely apartment close to new harbour and short taxi away from old town, great thoughtful amenities including towels, umbrellas, toothbrush, washing up powder and drinks + snacks present also :)
Clean. Closed to grocery store and bakery. Two bathrooms add to the convenience. Very hospitable hosts!

What a wonderful stay in Dubrovnik! The house was exceptional clean and comfortable. Maro was such an excellent hat from lining up airport transfers and booking excursions for us. I would definitely book this house again. It was a bit further out and up some very steep inclines (but hey - welcome to Dubrovnik) but the nice quiet neighborhood and amazing sunset views were worth all those steps. (And Uber is easy and cheap).
Très bel appartement avec vue sur le port. Très confortable. Meublé comme chez soi avec de nombreux produits dans la cuisine, les salles de bains, des serviettes de plage... Quartier très calme. Maro s est occupé de nous réserver des excursions.
The host was very responsive and so helpful. She helped booked excursions and even pick up and drop off for airport. She gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurants and more . The place was very nice and clean with a nice view. Walking distance from many places to. Would definitely stay again!
Logement très sympathique et calme avec vue sur la marina. Une terrasse très agréable et un emplacement couvert pour voiture très pratique. Rue étroite mais toujours praticable et uber qui viennent jusqu’au portail. Tout le nécessaire est déjà présent dans l’appartement. Enfin un accueil au 1er jour très bienveillant avec de nombreux conseils pour découvrir Dubrovnik et une propriétaire très gentille et discrète. Une très belle découverte.
Perfect stay!
Due to an unexpected flight cancellation, I urgently needed a home for the night. Despite the early hour enquiry, Maro responded within 20 minutes with a positive response. He kindly allowed us to drop our luggage off within minutes of the previous guests leaving. Ivana was there waiting to greet us and went beyond by offering to drive us to the beach of our choice. On returning later on the day, there was supplies waiting for us in the fridge which was extremely welcome. An absolute diamond of a find who were faultless in our hour of need. We will be back! This is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. Very clean and tidy. Well-equipped with practically anything you might need except for your clothes and food. The hosts provided welcome snacks on the table and drinks (beer, wine, water) in the refridgerator. Many subtle but appreciated touches. Ivana and Maro are very kind and responsive. Maro has many suggestions for what to do. He can arrange airport transportation both ways (I highly recommend this.) The "street" address is on an open stairway (as you will find all over Dubrovnik) and is accessed by roads at the top/bottom of this stairway. A huge suggestion for guests is to have Uber pickup/dropoff at the bottom of the stairway. The top road is very tight for drivers and we were dropped several times if our location was at the top road. (Exception: Get dropped off at the top when you arrive and have your luggage. It would not be fun to carry them up the stairway.) Thank you Maro and Ivana for a wonderful stay!

This lovely apartmemt is located at an elevated location above the port area requiring reasonable fitness to climb the many steps. It could be a struggle for some during hot summer days. Uber is an option for those who prefer an easier trip home. On a positive note, it also has the most amazing views over the bay area! Ivana & Maro were the best hosts I've ever encountered - friendly and very helpful and the apartment came with many generous supplies. We could not have asked for better hosts! Spotlessly clean and you will need for nothing. Highly recommended!

Die Wohnung war top. Wir konnten sogar ein wenig früher einchecken. Wohnung war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Uns wurden viele Dinge in der Wohnung zur Benutzen freigestellt und der Kühlschrank war mit wasser, wein und bier gefüllt. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommunikation auf bezüglich des Check-Outs ohne Probleme. Sehr lieber Umgang miteinander. Wohnung ist viele Treppenstufen von der Altstadt/dem neuen Hafen entfernt. Aber wir haben alles zu fuß gemacht und das war völlig okay. Preis-Leistung war definitiv sehr gut. Haben uns keine Sekunde geärgert diese Wohnung gewählt zu haben und freuen uns bald wiederzukommen.
Cudowne miejsce na wypoczynek w Dubrowniku! Pobyt w tym apartamencie był absolutnie fantastyczny! Wszystko było dopracowane w najdrobniejszych szczegółach – od czystości, przez wygodne łóżka, po dobrze wyposażoną kuchnię. Wino, piwko, przyprawy. Ogromnym atutem są dwie łazienki. W jednej z nich pralka i suszarka, oraz proszek do prania. Apartament jest przestronny, bardzo zadbany i nowocześnie urządzony. Lokalizacja idealna – blisko do Starego Miasta, a jednocześnie w spokojnej okolicy, gdzie można naprawdę odpocząć. Widok z balkonu zapiera dech w piersiach – idealny na poranną kawę czy wieczorne wino. Minusem jak w całym Dubrowniku są schody, ale do Starego Miasta byliśmy w stanie dojść chodnikiem. Właściciel Maro niezwykle miły i pomocny, od samego początku kontakt był szybki i bezproblemowy. Czuliśmy się zaopiekowani i bardzo mile widziani. Zdecydowanie polecam ten apartament każdemu, kto planuje wizytę w Dubrowniku.

What a perfect apartment for our week in Dubrovnik! Ivana is a lovely and helpful host, the apartment is spotless and well-equipped and the location is very convenient with a terrific view! Do not hesitate to book this - you'll love it, too. Maro arranged excellent day trips for us (he's a great help!) and Ivana even helped us with re-booking flights home. They are easy to communicate with and always reply promptly. We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough - 10 stars, if we could!
The best stay you can ever have in Dubrovnik , very clean , tight , comfortable , and perfect stay . Mrs. Ivana was very great , friendly , nice and gave us all the information needed. Definitely coming back again here ! Thanks for everything
La communication avec Ivana c'est très bien passée, très réactive, elle a su répondre à toutes nos attentes. Comme indiqué dans l'annonce, le logement se situe en hauteur, et le chemin a emprunter en voiture est assez perieux, c'est pourquoi je déconseille fortement a de jeunes conducteurs de louer une voiture. Nous avons réserver un taxi, uber ou bolt pour chacun de nos déplacements, les prix sont très raisonnables, entre 7 et 10€ pour aller jusqu'à la vieille ville. Quant au logement, la description est fidèle à la réalité, très bien entretenu, et propre, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer depuis la terrasse. Je recommande le logement, très belle expérience.

두브로브니크 여행을 완벽하게 만들어준 숙소였습니다. 집은 청결하고 정돈되어 있어 사용하기 매우 좋았고, 소소한 다과들도 준비해주셔서 환영받는 느낌이 났습니다. 또한 요리할 수 있는 다양한 조미료를 사용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 며칠 집을 비웠을 때 집안을 깨끗이 청소해주었습니다. 날이 좋을 때는 뷰가 좋아서 테라스에서 일몰을 보며 가족과 저녁을 먹는 시간이 좋았습니다. Maro는 매우 친절하게 숙소를 안내해주었고 관광지도 소개해줘서 좋은 여행이 됐습니다. 하루는 제 실수로 난방 문제가 생겼는데, 빠르게 사람을 보내줘서 문제를 해결했습니다. 잘 머물고 갑니다, 감사합니다!

What an incredible place to stay! I am 20 years old and I stayed with my grandmother. The home is so cozy and comfortable. The view is unbelievable and it truly felt like home. The heated floors in the bathroom were a plus. It is amazing value for the price. It is on a hill but we ubered there so it was not an issue. Would definitely recommend!!!
We had an amazing week. Unfortunately the weather was not good, but thanks to the roof above the terrasse we were able to eat outside and enjoy the wonderful view. The flat was very clean and super well equiped. Communication with the host was extremly clear and helpful, and they gave us a lot of very good recommendation. Everything was made in a way to let us enjoy our stay as much as possible.
Beyond expectations - Ivana is incredibly nice, Maro is very helpful. The place is spotless and has absolutely EVERYTHING. We had a great stay and can only recommend!
nous avons été tres bien accueilli par maro il a était clair et à l ecoute et nous a donné pleins de bons conseils. l appartement était très bien et très propre il ne manquait de rien il y avait de l eau et une bouteille de vin pour nous accueillir. l appartement était bien situé quelques marches à monter sinon ubber et bolt vous dépose partout pour pas grand chose(4 euros pour 4 pour aller de l appartement à la vieille ville) je vous conseil vivement cet appartement encore merci à maro et yvana pour l accueil et leurs gentillesses!
L’équipement était top, vraiment confort. La literie également. L’emplacement etait idéal. Inutile de louer une voiture si vous souhaitez rester sur Dubrovnik. Nous recommandes vivement cet etabliment.

This was a great spot to enjoy and explore Dubrovnik. Many lovely places in walking distance. Old Town was a short Uber ride away. And the balcony was great for enjoying the sunset. Ivana was a lovely host with great recommendations!

The apartment is very good, with charming scenery, complete facilities and a good location. It is 2.2 kilometers away from Ducheng, about 35 minutes' walk. The landlord is warm and charming, and also introduced us to nearby restaurants, supermarkets, and scenic spots. He recommended us to watch the sunset at the highest point in Ducheng. There are also a lot of white wine, red wine, beer and mineral water in the refrigerator. I have been traveling for many years and have always rented bnb. This is the first time I have met such a generous landlord.
Der Aufenthalt bei Ivana war super. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal, ruhig und dennoch gut erreichbar, mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf Dubrovnik. Das Apartment war äußerst sauber und sehr gepflegt, alles war in einem Top-Zustand. Ivana war zudem sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann diese Unterkunft daher auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Gastgeber: Ivana und ihr Sohn waren bereits vor der Anreise sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung und schnelle Rückmeldungen bei Fragen. Apartment u Parkplatz: Das Apartment ist wie in Kroatien üblich über sehr schmale Straßen erreichbar. Der Parkplatz ist liegt direkt vor der Tür. Ivana begrüßte uns sehr herzlich und wies uns in alle Gegebenheiten ein. Das Apartment bietet ausreichend Platz, war sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Wobei ein Toaster noch nett gewesen wäre :-) Aber der Backofen tut es im Notfall auch oder eben frisches Brot vom Bäcker. Der Balkon mit dem tollen Ausblick ist natürlich das Highlight. Babybett und Hochstuhl gab es ebenfalls inklusive. Lage: Etwas weiter oben. Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Bushaltestelle über Gasse mit Treppe in 2-5 Minuten erreichbar. Bestellt man ein Uber, wird man direkt vor der Tür abgeholt, zahlt um die 10 Euro zur Old Town und hat keinen Stress. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir würden immer wieder kommen
A well appointed and maintained flat within walking distance of the marina. The place was spotlessly clean. Nice beds and decent bathrooms. Maro, the co-host, ran us through the area and details. Both Maro and Ivana were very friendly. Take advice and don't drive to the old town. Uber is €8. The access to the place is on a narrow street, but not impossible. A great Airbnb and thanks to the hosts.
Majoittaja järjesti meille meno-paluu kyydin kentältä asunnolle sekä lähtöpäivänä takaisin kentälle. Viestiminen majoittajan pojan kanssa oli hyvin sujuvaa ja aina sai vastauksen kaikkeen. Tultuamme kohteeseen tapasimme ensin majoittajan pojan, joka kertoi meille paljon hyödyllistä tietoa kohteesta, ravintoloista, nähtävyyksistä, retkistä ja kaikesta. Hän esitteli meille talon sekä kertoi asunnon säännöt. Miljöö on aivan upea! Koti on hyvin siisti ja puhdas ja sieltä löytyy kaikki tarpeellinen. Alue on rauhallinen eikä talon sisään kuulu ääniä. Lähtiessämme kentälle, tuli majoittaja vielä tervehtimään ja toivottamasn turvallista kotimatkaa. Kohteesta jäi hyvin postiivinen kuva ja tulemma varmasti vielä joskus tänne uudelleen!
Exceptional Airbnb experience. Lovely house, lots of free amenities to use, fantastic view & balcony. Air conditioning in every room - was a welcome relief from heat outside! Host Maro was the best host I’ve ever encountered. Very friendly, polite and generous with his time and assistance. As soon as we got in to the house he sat us down and spent 15 mins explaining everything there is to know about the area, the house, the Old Town, activity recommendations, & restaurants too. He was also quick to help via message for any questions. The house is located in a perfect area, very quiet and felt very safe. Also short walk down steps to the harbour, and only 3mins to mini supermarket & 5 to bakery. To get further (into Old Town) Uber’s were very quick to arrive, and only 10mins drive. Also most drivers very friendly and helpful! The house also came with a fully kitted out kitchen, and toiletries in bathrooms free to use. As well as plenty beach towels. Beer and wine in fridge also!

Ivana was such a kind host! She was very welcoming, helpful and gave us many good advices about things to visit in Dubrovnik. The apartment was very nice with two big bedrooms and bathrooms, and a nice kitchen and livingroom area. The balcony was huge with a fantastic view over Dubrovnik and the sea. The view was beautiful both day and night. The apartment has a nice location if you use bolt/taxi to get to the old town and beaches. Would absolutely recommend.
Ivana & Maro were excellent hosts. The apartment was spotless and included some lovely complementary essentials. On arrival Maro gave us a brief of things to do and a map of the local area. We would 100% stay here again.
Apartment: Very nice apartment. Description and pictures provided in the ad gives a good and correct impression of the apartment. All you need in the kitchen. Air condition in both bedrooms and kitchen :-) The terrace has sun from early afternoon and you can view the sunset. Also very practical to be able to air and dry clothes on the drying rask outside on the terrace. Location: Location in a quiet area, no traffic noise. Nice partial sea view from the terrace. You also have a view down to the harbour. Dubrovnik is bit hilly and there are lots of stairs around, but nearest food store and bakery is just one street down. Uber is an easy way to get around the city. Host: Very welcoming and friendly host, and the assisting booking agent provided a map and lots of useful information about Dubrovnik.

Gospođa Ivana je predivna, pažljiva i draga, pobrinula se da nam ništa ne nedostaje u smještaju ali i sa savjetima u vezi najboljeg izbora plaže, restorana i razgledavanja. U ovaj apartman ćemo se definitvno vratiti!
The service and hospitality from Ivana was above and beyond. The accomodation was close enough to all the attractions and has literally everything for a comfortable stay- would absolutely recommend.
Liebe Ivana, Deine Unterkunft und der Urlaub haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos. Sauber und durchdacht , liebevolle Details und eine gute Ausstattung in der Küche , super das man Essig, Öl Gewürze Kaffee usw . Zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen hat. Die Terrasse und der Blick auf den Hafen ein Traum . Nur für Gäste, die mit einem großen Auto oder leihauto ankommen wollen , es ist etwas steil und eng . Nehmt lieber Uber , Kleinwagen oder wie wir einen Roller, ist auch für die Fahrten nach Dubrovnik etc. Einfacher. Was soll ich sagen danke für die schöne Zeit , gerne wieder ☺️ LG Jörg and Family

Words can't describe how happy we are after staying here. Me and my friends had an absolutely incredible time staying at Ivana's beautiful apartment during a week in Dubrovnik. Maro was so accommodating and helpful, he greeted us at the apartment night after a late flight, and gave us many recommendations as to what to do in Dubrovnik and gave us tips to navigate the neighbourhood. Even before we arrived Maro booked airport transfer for us and two day trips which were both amazing experiences which was so kind of him The apartment itself was lovely and very clean, and the terrace has a gorgeous view of the Dubrovnik port. The apartment provided plenty of towels, toiletries, spare pillows, blankets, which we was such a pleasant surprise. I'd stayed at several different airbnbs in the past and none of them were as attentive and kind as Maro and Ivana were. I would 100% recommend staying here if you are in Dubrovnik, it made our experience all the more better.
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. We had 4 adults and were happy to have the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The host's son met us and gave us a quick overview of the property and gave some suggestions for attractions and getting around the area. The apartment was well stocked and they even provided us with water, beer, and a bottle of wine! There is a lovely view that can be enjoyed from the patio. We appreciated the washing machine and free parking. Would stay here again.
Lovely stay at Ivana's, beautiful apartment with gorgeous view over Port Gruz! Both Ivana and Maro were very friendly, communicative and proactive, suggesting some activities and where to eat, explained everything clearly, were always reachable for/if anything. We were able to book a couple of excursions with Maro as well, which made for a smooth experience in Dubrovnik and was much appreciated, so thank you! The apartment is as described, clean, very comfortable with all amenities and easily accessible by either uber or bus, as well as walking distance from some shops and restaurants, the Red History Museum, Port Gruz, among others. We were also always welcomed by Ivana's lovely adorable cats, who would join us sometimes in the varanda whilst we were having our coffee/tea. We all definitely recommend and for sure will go back someday :)

Ivana et Maro sont des hôtes hors pair,attentionnés ,discrets et très aidant pour le choix des activités .Je n’ai jamais vu une cuisine aussi bien garnie d’ustensiles.L’appartement est super propre et le ménage fait régulièrement .l’accès à la vieille ville (35) et au port(10 m)se fait très aisément.Bien sûr ,il y a beaucoup d’escaliers à monter et descendre,mais Uber se rend à l’appartement pour 7 ou 8 euros .LE MEILLEUR AIRBNB que j’ai connu jusqu’ici dans mes voyages.J’oubliais,il y avait du vin et de la bière dans le frigo à notre arrivée .Grand merci à Yvana et Maro.Excellent séjour en Croatie . .
what a wonderful experience! Our host arranged a pick up from the airport and then met us at the house to give us lots of information about the area including maps and the best way to get around Dubrovnik (Uber). We had a great time and will definitely be back!
Really enjoyed our stay. Very responsive hosts, who were super friendly. Amazing views from the private balcony, but also very easy to get anywhere. Would recommend!
Ivana and Maro were perfect hosts even going so far to show us where is good in Dubrovnik and filling the fridge with drinks and small food bits. They went above and beyond any host I’ve been with before. They were even so kind to forgive us breaking a chair of theirs by accident. Highly recommend them.
