Overview
Our Cvijeta apartment is located in Vojnović street - a residential area full of cafes and restaurants, and there is a beach nearby and it is close to Old Town and Lapad.
It accommodates three people - the bedroom has a double bed, and for the third person we have a single convertible sofa bed.
It also has a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with a shower.
Guests have private parking at their disposal with prior reservation.
Kindly note that guests will have to climb 10-15 stairs to get to the apartment.

Clean and new apartment. Good location, 50 mins walk to old town, few beaches nearby. The contact with host was good, we got additional linen when asked.

Perfect if you want to visit Dubrovnik, you can go to the old city with the bus which is in front on the place. Place is clean and has everything you need to cook. Thank you !

I had a wonderful stay at Slavica’s place. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and communication with the host was smooth and quick. I especially appreciated the balcony view, local recommendations, and thoughtful touches. I’d happily stay here again!

Outside the main part of Dubrovnik but there are buses running every 10 mins.
We hebben genoten van ons verblijf bij Slavica in Dubrovnik. Old town op 5 minuten afstand met de uber, of met de bus die je op 10 naar de old town brengt. De bushalte is vlak naast de deur, heel handig dus. Wandelen is niet haalbaar, zeker met alle hellingen. De host antwoordde steeds, heel vriendelijk. De enige minpunten waren de onaangename geur in de badkamer waar niets aan werd gedaan. De kapotte wc bril, de wifi die niet werkte naar behoren, de vaatwasser die de vaat niet proper reinigde en dat het appartement redelijk donker is.
Väldigt bra boende som hade allt man behövde! Otroligt fräscht och kändes som hemma, rekommenderar starkt!

Appartement décoré avec goût, spacieux et très propre. Un arrêt de bus ligne 4 qui vous mène en 15min à la vieille ville, est situé à 3min à pied. Le logement manque de calme au vue de sa situation sur une rue passagère et du manque d’isolation, et n’est pas très lumineux.

Nice stay, quiet, and good location. Big perks are private gated parking, and the unit is very close to a bus stop that will take you right into old town Dubrovnik (used this to avoid outrageous parking fees). Downside is the bathroom had a bad smell (possibly from dampness or the drains?) and the WiFi didn’t work. The host was quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. They attempted to help with the WiFi issue but unfortunately the problem wasn’t able to be resolved. All in all, affordable stay with easy access to surrounding locations.
We really enjoyed our stay thank you! The apartment is in a fantastic location near the Old Town, with a lovely bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen.

Nice stay in Dubrovnik, great location closeby Lapad beach (10min walk) and Old town (5min by bus), near supermarket and bakery. Easy to find and smooth checkin. However the bathroom had a bad smell maybe due to dampness
Logement parfait pour un couple pour quelques jours à Dubrovnik. Très bien situé et bien équipé, très propre. Une place de parking (attention à bien mettre la bonne adresse sur Google Maps). Hote réactif et accueillant. Je recommande !
A cozy apartment well equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home. Slavenka responds helpfully and quickly to any queries or requests. The apartment is on quite a busy road, but if the window is closed you can't hear the traffic. Restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets in close walking distance - and a lot cheaper than in the old city! Just down the road is a bus stop , making it very easy to get anywhere in Dubrovnik (5 min bus journey on #4 to old town).
Had a great stay! The place was spotless and looked exactly as described. Check-in instructions were clear, and the host was super responsive. Excellent location too. Would definitely stay again!

O apartamento é completo com máquina de lavar, TV com streaming e cozinha equipada além de ser muito agradável com uma localização próxima a linha de ônibus com acesso direto à cidade antiga. Tivemos um problema com a vaga de estacionamento que foi resolvido após algumas mensagens com o responsavel do apartamento. Ótima opção de estadia!

L’appartamento è pulito e molto confortevole. Vicino ci sono delle panetterie e dei negozi di alimentari. La zona é molto tranquilla e vicino a una fermata del bus che porta in centro (numero 4). Le indicazioni per arrivare sono chiare e precise.
Житло шикарне!!! Я б залишився там на тиждень , але там все заброньовано. У квартирі все є. Квартира сучасна і комфортна. Всі меблі нові. У нас сталася маленька неприємність, яку власниця швидко вирішила. Дуже Вам вдячні. З радістю бронюватимемо Ваше житло.
The place was really lovely, clean and quiet neighborhood. Easy to find and easy to check in as well, about 20/30 mins by foot to old town. I had a nice stay:)

We loved staying here! Great location, right in the middle so easy to access either side. 35 minute walk into the old town or a 15 minute walk down to a lovely beach. We really enjoyed our stay. Communication was perfect. Thankyou so much :))
Great communication from the host. Self check in was useful as it allowed us to be flexible with our arrival time and the instructions were very clear - even at night we found the apartment easily. The apartment was very modern, spotless and bed comfortable. I would happily stay here again.
Eine schöne saubere, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft mit toller Lage und guter Anbindung. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und kurzer Weg zur Altstadt. In der Unterkunft wurde an alles gedacht. Problemloser Ablauf und gerne wieder !:)
Clean & comfortable, perfect for our two-day stay.
Die Unterkunft ist schön, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der eigene durch ein Schiebetor verriegelte Parkplatz goldwert. Danke auch, dafür, dass wir etwas früher in die Unterkunft konnten und auch das Auto schon früher am Parkplatz abstellen konnten. Knapp 50 bis 100 Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt fährt der Bus zur Altstadt von Dubrovnik. Zu Fuß sind es knapp 30 Minuten, die man für den Weg dorthin einplanen sollte. Alles in allem aber eine klare Empfehlung in der Wohnung zu übernachten. Wir würden wieder kommen. Vielen Dank

Très bel appartement rénové, moderne et très propre. Non loin des bus pour aller à la vielle ville ou tout simplement à 30 minutes à pied. Beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours. les informations communiquées étaient claires et utiles. 👍 Très bonne expérience. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

The old town is just 15 min on a bus that passes every 20-30 minutes. Its a peaceful area with mini markets, bakeries, coffee shops and anything to feel local. The house was modernly decorated and very comfortable. Adelko was always attentive and responsive. Perfect balance for our dubrovnik stay!

Appartement tout neuf, très beau. Le lit est très confortable et grand. Il y a une place de parking. Le centre ville est à 5 minutes top chrono en bus (ligne 4) et l’arrêt de bus est juste devant l’appartement. Le seul point négatif est l’isolation phonique, on entend tout ce que disent les voisins…

O apartamento é tudo novinho , tivemos tudo para uma pequena refeição e estava limpíssimo , localização excelente Próximo de padarias, mini mercados e lindas praias , a caminhada para o Porto para passeios levou 10 minutos e a caminhada até a cidade venha 25 minutos e até Lapad 13 minutos , tudo foi maravilhoso recomendo !!
Fantastic stay at this lovely Air BnB - even nicer in person than the photos. The walk is very simple to old town and takes around 20-25 minutes. I’d happily stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Dubrovnik. The airbnb was overall amazing and we enjoyed the apartment a lot. The host was always available for questions. The apartment was really clean and had a perfect interior. We used the kitchen for a few cooking sessions, which was amazing! Thanks!
