Location max 5 mins from old town of Split. Host met me with a smile to hand over the keys, chatted and made me feel at ease in a different environment from that I know.

Valeria es muy simpática y te da todas las explicaciones que te hagan falta. Contesta rápido a tus mensajes y está muy atenta. El estudio era cómodo, una habitación grande, baño y una cocina con mesa para comer. El acceso es a pie de calle y no hay sitio para aparcar, por lo que hay que ir con previsión para esto. Tenía wifi y 2 televisiones pero sin smart TV . La cocina funcionaba perfectamente y el aseo era nuevo. Venía con todas las comodidades para cocinar, y en el baño te dejan de todo hasta espuma de afeitar y crema solar. Las playas quedan a 15/20 minutos andando. Si lleváis coche de alquiler buscar un sitio ya que nos encontramos el coche con un roce de un vecino y los limpiaparabrisas manipulados. Me imagino que no les harán mucha gracia los turistas pero esto no es culpa de los anfitriones. Solo por la atención de Valeria merece la pena.

Great location, very close to main Riva and harbour. Valeria was extremely accommodating and helpful and close at hand if we needed anything. Comfortable bed.

Von außen unscheinbar ist es innen komplett neu renoviert und sehr sauber. Zu dritt ist genug Platz. Die Vermieterin ist sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Kommunikation auf englisch ist problemlos.

Valerie was lovely so accommodating. The apartment had everything you needed even to the little touches of coffee milk water in the fridge. The property was clean and tidy and the shower was amazing and the bed was really comfortable. Literally a five minute walk into split old town I would highly recommend this property.

Goede ligging, op 5 min wandelafstand van het oude gedeelte van split. Rustig gelegen maar toch dicht tegen alles. Supermarkt, bakker, uitgang, terrasjes. Valeria de uitbaatster staat klaar als je iets nodig hebt en probeert je te helpen waar maar kan.

Apartment is nicely appointed, cozy, clean, and very convenient walking distance to Old Town and beach locations. Valeria was super helpful and flexible - offered restaurants and a good orientation of the neighborhood and sights of interest.

The property's location is ideal as it is less than a 10 minute walk from the Riva and Diocletians palace. The apartment itself is very clean and quaint. Its a little small to hang out in however it is perfect as a resting spot when you are on the go and simply using the apartmentas a place for rest. The owner is very sweet and accommodating. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

The property is clean, well maintained and newly renovated - the location is also amazing being only a couple minute walk from Splits old town. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need and Valeria provides a booklet with all the local restaurants and points of interest.
