Superbe logement pour séjourner quelques jours, à 25 minutes de la vieille ville.
Tolle Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht. Ruhig gelegen, aber in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand und der 20min Fußweg zur Altstadt ist kurzweilig und schön! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)
Lisa was a wonderful guest! She was friendly, respectful, and left the place clean and tidy. Communication was easy throughout her stay, and she followed all the house rules. I would happily host Lisa again and highly recommend her to other hosts.

Good location, 20-30 minutes walk to the old center over the beautiful view, and same to the other side Marina.

Nice place that looks just like the photos. Booked this apartment at night as a last-minute accommodation, and the host was very responsive in helping me find the place. Only downsides are that I had some trouble with the WiFi and a slight allergic reaction to some cat hair.

The apartment has a beautiful view from the balcony and the location is excellent. However, we had some difficulties with cooking. We specifically chose an apartment with a kitchen because it was important for us to be able to cook and fry meals without issues. Unfortunately, there is no extractor hood, which caused some discomfort.
Wonderful experience! Hosts were extremely responsive, place was clean and full of amenities. About a 30 minute walk from Old Town, but easily accessible by bus or Uber if need be. Quaint area near Bellevue Beach.
Great cozy apartement with everything you need. Easy contactless checkin with a key box. Nice balcony. A bit far for oldtown and we didn’t figure out how to get there by bus so we ended up using uber. We didn’t manage to get the room cool enough with the AC in my opinion, trying multiple settings. Apart from that, everything was great!

Nous avons eu la chance de profiter du bel appartement de Slavica, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Avec des photos semblables à l’appartement, nous étions bien heureux d’avoir pendant l’espace d’une semaine ce bel appartement près de la plage Bellevue. À noter que le logement est à 30 minutes à pied de la vieille ville, l’utilisation des bus est plutôt nécessaire.

Top Unterkunft! Die Lage ist super, man hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Klein aber fein. Der Weg in die Stadt ist auch sehr schön! Alles war sehr neu und sauber. Würde die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen.
Amazing views
Przytulny i czysty apartament z bardzo ładnym widokiem z tarasu. Super lokalizacja, wszędzie można dojść spacerem, dużo pięknych miejsc obok do zwiedzania, Stare Miasto około 25min pieszo, sklepik obok. Właściciele uprzejmi i mili, bardzo dokładne instrukcje jak dotrzeć do mieszkania. Dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie - suszarka, klimatyzacja, kuchenka i wszystko czego potrzeba na miejscu. Jedyny minus to szybko kończąca się ciepła woda a boiler grzeje ją bardzo długo więc ciężko żeby dwie osoby pod rząd się umyły. Polecam apartament :)

Un très bel appartement où tout est équipé avec une belle vue sur la blague. Slavica est une hôte très sympathique et disponible. Je ne peux que recommander pour un séjour dans son Airbnb pour une bonne semaine à Dubrovnik ! 😁

Nous avons passés 3 agréables nuits dans le logement de Slavica. Tout était fidèle à la description. Le logement était propre, il y avait de quoi se faire à manger rapidement (même de quoi se faire du thé et du café), la literie était bien et les instructions pour arriver au logement étaient claires ! Nous étions à 20minutes à pied de la veille ville et 20 minutes à pied de la ville de Gruz où il est possible de prendre différents ferry pour visiter les îles. Cependant nous voulons juste souligner deux points négatifs : 1) Il y avait une odeur assez particulière et désagréable à chaque fois que nous rentrions dans le logement (heureusement on s’y habituais assez vite) 2) Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas Nous avons quand même passés un super séjour, nous recommandons ce logement !

Sehr guter Service- obwohl das WLAN anfangs kurz nicht funktioniert hatte, wurde uns das sogar WLAN-Passwort zweier Nachbarn gegeben bis unseres funktioniert hat. Wohnung was top :)

Dzień dobry, W pokoju brakuje grzejnika elektrycznego np. w łazience , aby można było w dni chłodne wysuszyć ubrania, które w czasie deszczowej pogody niestety zmokły. Warto by również umieścić spis wraz z lokalizacją sprzętów jakie znajdują się w lokalu jak również umiejscowienie zaworów i skrzynki bezpieczników. Trudno było tą skrzynkę odszukać. Warto również aby właściciel dokonał serwisu sprzętów , np. regulacja drzwi balkonowych, sklejenie skrzynki mechanizmu rolety, naprawa szuflady w łazience, uzupełnienie żarówek, regulacja i ustawienie drzwiczek w dolnych szafkach kuchni. Oczywiście te wszystkie usterki nie zakłócają pobytu , ale mogą spowodować pogorszenie się stanu i w efekcie zniszczenie i konieczność wymiany na nowe. Warto również umieścić w pokoju informację nie tylko w języku angielskim, ale i w innych, np. polskim, czeskim.... Mała ilość naczyń stołowych.

J’ai passé un agréable séjour chez Slavica. Le logement était propre et bien équipé. Il est un peu loin de la vieille ville mais le cadre est paisible et il y a de beaux points de vue sur la mer proche du logement. La communication avec les hôtes était super. Je recommande vivement.
The place was clean and as described in the photos. You have everything you need and the mattress and blankt were comfortable, nespresso machine with coffee pods is a great addition. Also, the host is very responsive and helpful. The view from the balcony is wonderful although I didn’t use it much as it was cold during my visit. The place is also quite modern. Few things to work on: light along the stairs to the room, instructions for the washing machine in English. Overall, I would certainly book this place again if ever I find myself in Dubrovnik.

We had a great stay. The place was exactly as described in the description and photos. It’s about 20-30 mins walk to old town. There is also a corner shop about 4 mins walk from studio which was handy to get essentials. The sea view from the balcony is amazing. Everything was positive with our experience of staying here.
After an unexpected delay in our trip, we needed a place for the night and Slavica’s place was perfect. We booked the morning of (very last minute) and Slavica was nothing but helpful and accomodating us with an early check in and great communication. Great place would recommend to everyone!
Great place in a good location.
I loved staying at the super nice apartment, which was so well equipped and furnished with love. The quiet neighborhood and the wonderful beach that was near to the apartment were great too. Also the friendly communication with the host and the easy check in could not have been better. I would come back anytime!
Nothing bad to say about this place. Host was friendly and responsive. Check in was super easy and the apartment is easy to find. The street is really quiet and peaceful and feels super safe. Apartment was clean and fully functioning and looked just like in the pictures. The air conditioning in the apartment was a huge plus as well as the balcony with the sea view. Overall a really nice apartment, would recommend for sure! 😊

Ich war für eine Nacht dort und es war super. Von der Altstadt braucht man ungefähr 20min. Es war sehr sauber und die Vermieterin sehr hilfsbereit. Komme sehr gerne wieder!
Está ubicado en un sitio tranquilo, alejado del centro de Dubrovnik, pero con conexión de autobús. Tiene unas vistas preciosas al mar y la playa Bellevue muy cerca caminando. Además está completamente equipado. Por último, muy importante, se puede aparcar gratis en la calle en esta zona, algo fundamental si llevas coche.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wunderschön.
Everything was good and the view was spectacular although not in front of the sea directly since there are some houses in the front.. but still a very nice view!! Also very close to Bellevue beach.. one of the most beautiful beaches of Dubrovnik

Very clean and nice apartment. Walking distance to the beach and really nice view from the balcony. A little shop nearby. Most importantly great managing, we asked for some beach towels and little later check out and there was no problem with it. They also reply very fast to messages!
Ik mocht als eerste gast in dit huisje wel 4 maanden verblijven. Ik vond het een hele fijne privé buurt ivm de rest van dubrovnik. Makkelijk te lopen naar de oude stad en Lapad. Ik heb echt genoten van mijn tijd in het huisje en had alle voorzieningen die ik nodig had voor een lang verblijf! De communicatie met de host was ook super goed en snelle reacties!
