On the outside of this villa, there is a private pool, sun deck, and barbecue, and a yard connected to the wellness area with a sauna, hot tub, relaxation area, and fitness area with outdoor and indoor showers. The interior consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a modern kitchen with a living room. On the ground floor, there is a tavern with a kitchen, fireplace, and wine cellar.
The smaller house is also rented and is luxuriously equipped, the interior consists of 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, and a living room. The outdoor area consists of a barbecue and outdoor kitchen, a small pool, and a terrace.
