This beautiful and modernly decorated Villa is situated in Okrug Gornji on the peninsula of Čiovo only 25 meters from the beach, and 2.5 km from the historic town of Trogir, which is under UNESCO protection. Trogir is full of authentic buildings, and charming streets where you can admire the magnificent heritage. Unique history and heritage of the st. Lawrence cathedral with a Romanesque portal by master Radovan, city loggia, Kamerlengo Fortress, the Duke palace, small and large Cipiko Palaces, and st. Nicolas convent. The most popular exhibit is a collection relief with the figures of the deity Kairos who was the Greek god of happy moments. Villa Kairos consists of the basement, the ground floor, first and second floor.

Villa has 300 m2 of living area. Villa Kairos has 6 bedrooms with an en suite bathroom, 1 guest toilet, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a terrace, indoor and outdoor pools, and a wellness zone. In the basement of Villa Kairos, there is a luxurious spa area equipped with various facilities: an indoor swimming pool, sauna, bathroom with shower, gym, and entertainment room with a billiard table. The indoor swimming pool is heated, which is ideal for winter days.
