Adorei o quarto espaçoso, moderno e limpo. A localização é bastante acessível e a 5 min. A pé dos autocarros para o centro, restaurantes e supermercado. A vista do quarto era maravilhosa para a zona do Porto onde via os navios cruzeiros todos os dias. Os equipamentos da área comum foram muito úteis. Havia máquina de café, cafeteira elétrica, cápsulas e bolachinhas free.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. It is a quiet location. It is self check-in and the host was great to communicate with. There is a washing machine and dryer to use which we were very happy as we’d been travelling for a while.

Checkin und Schlüssel(kasten) - alles ohne Personenkontakt. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit via WhatsApp erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Für mich absolut ok. Das Zimmer mit Bad war sehr modern. Alles war neu und von sehr guter Qualität - sogar die Bettwäsche würde ich als herausragend positiv bewerten :-) Das Gebäude, den Eingang und den Schlüssel zu finden ist nicht so wirklich einfach. Wer mit dem Auto anreist: schwierig, sofern nicht der Parkplatz direkt mit gebucht wird. Vor Ort war ich mir nicht immer sicher, ob ich korrekt parke - nicht so richtig offensichtlich. Am besten ist der vom Gastgeber buchbare Parkplatz hinter der Schranke, den ich auch eine Nacht beansprucht hatte, um das Auto wieder zu beladen. Das Haus wirkt von den Menschen, die wir getroffen habe, sehr durchmischt. Eher so "Monteurstimmung" - also Leute die zum arbeiten in Dubrovnik waren. Die Lage war für mich ok, wenn auch schon ein Stück außerhalb, wenn man sich die Altstadt ansehen möchte, dafür aber auch ruhig. Alles in allem: grandioses Zimmer, Lage war ok, das auf dem Hinterhof und drumherum etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Vorsicht bei der Abrechnung von Hunde- und Touristengebühr - vorab immer prüfen, welcher Betrag angegeben war und schon bezahlt wurde ;-)

Ogólnie obiekt fajny, w przystępnej cenie. Kawałek od centrum, ale jest bezpośredni autobus nr 6. Pokój wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne: było i małe biurko i stolik do jedzenia i szafki nocne, dużo miejsca na ubrania i rzeczy, lodówka, suszarka, tv. Dodatkowo wspólna kuchnia w której znaleźć można sztućce i naczynia oraz czajnik i ekspress kapsułkowy.

Sehr gut und neu ausgestattet. Betten waren sehr gut, sehr sauber. Frühstück fanden wir ausreichend und gut, man konnte zwischen Menüs wählen und die wurden morgens gebracht.

What a perfect stay! Lovely accommodation which was modern, clean and safe (also very comfy beds). Amazing communication with the hosts and also a very well located home (to Lapad area is walkable, bus to old town super accessible and also near harbour for boat trips). Can 100% recommend, would come again and very worth the price. Warm regards :)

Great staff, extremely comfortable beds. The apartment was very clean and quiet during our whole stay. There is parking available for additional pay. The apartment is right next to the bus station which takes you to the old town. You are greeted with some coffe pods when you arrive which is great

I can’t say enough good things about this AirBnb and host. Jelena gave us access to a discounted airport private transport; a perfect way to start our time in Dubrovnik. The room was better than expected: perfectly clean, incredibly comfortable and the perfect size for two people. There are even extra items you can borrow or purchase right outside, such as beach towels, an umbrella, cleaning supplies and coffee pods. What an excellent addition to make a travelers stay simpler. I messaged Jelena multiple times throughout my stay, and she was always extremely responsive and kind. Before arriving, I was worried the location was far from tourist sites, but it actually couldn’t be more perfect. The location is walking distance from Lapad market and sunset beach, which we thoroughly enjoyed in the evening for a more relaxed atmosphere. Accessing old town was a super easy 10 minute bus ride. Overall, loved it! Would recommend and come again :) thank you!!
