This apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an American-style kitchen. The kitchen is connected to a balcony via large sliding glass fronts and offers a fantastic view of the Krk island, the Adriatic Sea and the Kvarner Gulf.

The L-shaped kitchen has a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic electric hob with 3 burners, a microwave oven, a sink, a drawer unit, a dining table sitting 6, and a BOSCH refrigerator with a 136 litres freezer comaprtment. A complete set o kitchenware, of course, is also available, as well as a toaster, a coffee maker, an egg cooker, a kettle, and many more gadgets to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible.

In addition, the interior fittings in this room can also be rearranged at will.

Two of the three bedrooms are equipped with a 180 by 200cm/70 by 78 inch. The mattresses are of high German orthopedic quality. In addition, the bedroom has a wardrobe, two bedside cabinets and an air conditioning unit offering enough storage space and pleasant coolness on hot summer days. Bed linen and towels are included.

In the second room, there are 3 beds, two of them sized 90 by 200 cm/35 by 78 inch, aas well as a bunk bed, which has been incredibly popular among the youngsters and the children.

The bathrooms are equipped as follows:

Bathroom 1: a bathtub that can also be used as a shower, a washbasin, a toilet and a drawer unit.
