We greatly appreciated the host and their willingness to sort all our issues right away, e.g.: replaced the gas tank for the grill (we enjoyed grilling outside a lot!) within an hour or quickly arranged a delivery of a forgotten item. The home was great and just like the photos. The location is very peaceful and quiet, but you can't really see the sea unless you go to the upper terrace (which is, by the way, great for stargazing). There are beaches you can visit nearby with a short (think 10 minutes) car ride. There are wonderful small cities (or Pula) close to the home, ideal for a morning coffee or exploration. Overall, if you're looking for a quiet retreat in a modern house with great hosts, this place is definitely the one for you.

Wir waren in der Villa Paltana bei Medulin. Wir können wirklich nichts schlechtes berichten. Die Villa ist super. Alles neu und modern eingerichtet. Der Outdoorgrill ist klasse! Die Matratzen und Betten sind sehr bequem und wir haben gut geschlafen. Auch Alex der Gastgeber war sehr nett und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und wären gerne länger geblieben.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und auch sehr modern! Auch die Einrichtung ist durchaus hochwertig. Leider war bei uns die Dachterrasse nicht zu nutzen und in der Umgebung wird aktuell viel gebaut ... entsprechend war es jeden Tag laut. Eine Information die durchaus wichtig für uns gewesen wäre. Der Service war allerdings hervorragend und auch der Kontakt sehr gut!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Unkomplizierter Check-In, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber und die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Die Ausstattung bietet einem unbegrenzte Möglichkeiten, vor allem in der Küche. Der Pool ist top und wurde täglich genutzt. Auch die Lage der Unterkunft passt sehr gut, man kann gut zu Fuss an den nächsten Strand laufen oder ist mit dem Auto auch schnell in der nächsten Stadt. War super! #huusrundi

Was super war: - freundlicher Gastgeber - Checkin lief super - tolle Lage nah am Meer mit sehr weichem Kieselstrand, auch ideal für Familien mit Kindern - Pool ist toll & groß - große Schlafzimmer mit viel Stauraum - Küche ist super ausgestattet auch mit vielen Geräten Was besser hätte sein können: - sobald mehr als 2 Herdplatten angeschaltet wurden, flog die Sicherung raus. Eine Nacht hatte wir sogar Stromausfall weil eine Sicherung rausflog - manche Lichtschalter in den Schlafzimmern funktionierten nicht, außerdem gingen zwei Türen nur sehr schwer auf und blieben oft am Boden hängen - der Ofen war kaputt, die Klappe hing die ganze Zeit in den Raum - wir konnten den Outdoorgrill zwei Tage nicht benutzen und haben den Vermieter nicht erreicht. Er hat sich dann gemeldet und lieb entschuldigt, aber war natürlich trotzdem etwas schade. Alles in allem aber ein tolles Haus! Wenn die kleinen Mängel behoben werden, ist es auf jeden Fall ein fünf Sterne Objekt!

We were 10 persons staying one week end of September and early October. the place is exactly like the pictures and we had a great time. all the rooms have its own aircondition and bathroom with shower. the pool was used every day and we had some great dinners on the outside bbq. the owner Alessandro was very helpful throughout our stay and we really had a great time. if we ever come back to this area we will certainly stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay and Alessandro and Deana were extremely helpful throughout. The house was very clean and well kept along with the garden and the pool. There are a few restaurants within walking distance as well as a small beach. With a car you are able to visit many places in Istria within a short drive, so the location was excellent. We would definitely stay again if we came back to the area.

Thank you Alessandro, We had a great time at your place <3 Everyone really liked the look and feel of the Villa Paltana. Super new and clean and we liked the clean design of the house. The ability to open the sliding doors widely to the pool is awesome and creates a big wide open space to hang half inside and half outside at the same time. Rooms were spacious and our group of 10 people fit very nicely. The big tables one each inside and outside were great for working and having lunch/dinners together with a big group. AC, kitchen and grill outside worked very nicely and everything was there that you need. And the fire pit with seats around it was also very nice weirdly even during the hot summer it was a lot of fun and we used it quite a few times in the night. The ability to bring dogs was very helpful as a lot of my friends in Croatia got dogs during Covid times so it is not easy to find houses that allow pets. And thank you very much for doing extra effort taking out the glass from the shower to make it accessible for the wheelchair and coming by quickly whenever we needed something - very appreciated <3 The area was also very nice with beach and several restaurants in walking distance. We often had morning coffee at Porto bar directly at the marina and I recommend Konoba Volme restaurant which is a nice 11min walk and the owners are very nice with nice seating outside and good food. Besides that we did several trips by car to do olive oil tasting, having romantic dinner at a goat farm, went to amazing restaurants in Pula and the closer area which is also easy accessible by a relatively short car ride.

Vi var tre familier på tur, totalt 10 stk. Helt perfekt for oss. Ryddig og rent, stort oppvarmet basseng, ett bad pr soverom, suveren uteplass, kort vei til strand og restauranter, villaen er akkurat slik man ser på bildene. Vi leide sykler for å komme oss rundt i området, besøkte mange ulike plasser i nærheten. Vertene svarte raskt på spørsmål underveis og var veldig hjelpsomme. Tusen takk for oss, vi kommer gjerne tilbake ☀️🌸!

Das Haus bietet alles (von guter Ausstattung der Küche über saubere Zimmer bis zu einem Feigenbaum :)) für einen wunderbaren Urlaub- besonders der Pool und Außenbereich ist sehr schön! Wir hatten eine tolle Woche!

Ich kann Feraneo als Vermittler für das Haus von Alexander nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber und in einer tollen Lage. Die Einrichtung war geschmackvoll und hochwertig, sowohl in den Zimmern als auch in der Küche, die bestens ausgestattet war. Die Gastfamilie war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns sofort wie zuhause fühlen lassen. Wir waren eine Gruppe von neun Personen und hatten aufgrund der fünf abgeschlossenen Zimmer mit eigenem Bad ausreichend Privatsphäre. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt perfekt und ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke für diese tolle Erfahrung!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Alex’ Villa Paltana verbringen dürfen – zu neunt war es perfekt! Die Anreise war super gut erklärt, inklusive Wegbeschreibung und allen nötigen Infos, sodass wir ohne Stress angekommen sind. Das Haus selbst hat uns sofort begeistert: geschmackvoll eingerichtet, viel Platz in den fünf Schlafzimmern (jedes mit eigenem Bad), tolle Ausstattung und alles sehr sauber . Besonders der großzügige Wohn-/Essbereich und die moderne Küche und auch außen Küche waren perfekt für unsere große Gruppe. Die Lage der Villa ist einfach top: Nur circa 500 m bis zum Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Fußnähe – das hat uns unglaublich viel Flexibilität gegeben. Außerdem ist die Villa ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge: Die Altstadt von Pula ist schnell erreichbar, auch Ausflüge in die Umgebung oder zu versteckten Buchten sind leicht möglich. The villa is exactly as the photos. Very clean. Ideal for families or groups. Lots of local supermarkets and restaurants. Most things were within a 15 min drive of the villa. The owner and host responded immediately. The villa was well-stocked with all necessary items. I loved the top-of-the-range loo roll. There is a large fig tree in the garden by the pool. They were very tasty and formed part of my daily diet. I would highly recommend the villa.
