Welcome to Boutique Villa Zagorka, a new retreat that blends style, comfort, and the authentic experience of Zagorje. Perched on a hillside above Stubičke Toplice, the villa offers a breathtaking view of the rolling hills. Opened in summer 2025, this thoughtfully designed house has everything you need for a relaxing stay – whether you're visiting with family or friends.
The villa spans three floors and accommodates up to 6 guests (4+2).

Enjoy the bright and airy interior, full of thoughtful details that elevate your stay – from the mini bar and cigar humidorto a cozy corner designed just for your four-legged companion. Everything is at your fingertips – a fully equipped kitchen, a comfy living room, and areas to rest or play.

You’ll also have access to a heated outdoor pool (open from April 1st to October 30th) and a private wellness area with a Finnish sauna and whirlpool. The house comes fully equipped – from appliances to bathrobes and towels – so you can focus on enjoying every moment.

House Layout:

  • Ground floor: kitchen, dining area, and living room with a sofa that can sleep one guest.

  • Upper floor: one double room with a king-size bed and a bathtub, plus an additional room with two single beds (can be joined) and an extra bed – perfect for families.

  • Wellness area with whirlpool, sauna, and a relaxation zone.

  • Two bathrooms (shower/bathtub), toilet + one extra toilet.

Boutique Villa Zagorka is ideally located – peaceful and secluded, yet close to everything. Stubičke Toplice, with its spas and restaurants, are just a few minutes’ drive away, and Zagreb, the capital city, is only 35 minutes away by car. The villa’s position makes it perfect for exploring the charming hills and hidden gems of Zagorje.
