The upper level also features a shared hallway lounge and a balcony with cozy outdoor seating — perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a quiet evening chat.
Unwind in the spacious and inviting living room, or find your zen in the private sauna, complete with a stepper machine for light exercise.
Outside, Villa Maria truly shines. The villa is surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden with comfortable outdoor furniture, a covered porch with outdoor dining ideal for al fresco meals, and a beautiful private pool (heatable on request).
