Overview

Villa Lush Life is a comfortable holiday home in the Rabac area, Istria, perfect for 6 guests. Set in a quiet bay, it offers sea views, a private pool, and a peaceful atmosphere, just a short drive from the beach and town center.

The villa has an open-plan layout with large sliding doors that connect the indoor and outdoor spaces, letting in plenty of sunlight. The living room features a cozy sofa, a fireplace, and a small reading corner on cushioned wooden steps. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove on the island and leads directly to the pool terrace.

Outside, you’ll find sun loungers, a shaded dining area, and a summer kitchen with barbecue, ideal for relaxed outdoor meals. The terrace looks out over the bay, making it a great spot for both mornings with coffee and evenings watching the sunset.

There are three bedrooms, all with king-size beds, private bathrooms, and terraces. One bedroom includes a bathtub. The design is simple and calming, with plenty of natural light and views from every room.

For extra comfort, the villa has a sauna and a second reading nook in the hallway, complete with books and a comfortable chair.

The location combines privacy with convenience. It’s only 5 minutes by car to the beaches, restaurants, and shops in Rabac, and 45 minutes to Pula Airport for easy travel. The area is ideal for exploring Istria’s coast, historic towns, and local cuisine.
