Welcome to Histria Residence****, a spacious apartment designed for comfort and relaxation. Nestled in a peaceful residential area, just a short walk from the beach and the city center, this 105 m² apartment is ideal for families and groups of friends seaking a peacfull and comfrtbele stay.

The heart of the apartment is the spacious living area, located in the semi-basement, where a large corner sofa with a pull-out function offers extra sleeping space for two additional guests. The open-plan design seamlessly connects the living space to a fully equipped kitchen with selection of coffee machines (Filter, Moka, Pads Kaffe Maschine).

On the first floor Histria Residence features three bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable large double bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. One of the bedrooms includes an en-suite bathroom. Apartement has two private bathrooms, both fitted with a shower, fresh towels, a hairdryer, and essential toiletries.

Step outside onto the private balcony, where you can relax with a morning coffee or enjoy a peaceful evening. For those who love outdoor dining, a barbecue is available upon request, offering the perfect setting for al fresco meals.

Throughout the apartment, guests can enjoy modern comforts, including free high-speed Wi-Fi, two Smart TVs with cable and satellite channels, and air conditioning in three rooms. The apartment is thoughtfully designed with soundproofing, wooden and tiled floors, and ample storage space, ensuring a tranquil and pleasant stay.

Additional amenities include a washing machine, an iron with an ironing board, a personal safe, and a first-aid kit for added convenience. A baby cot can be provided upon request, making this apartment ideal for families traveling with young children.

For guests arriving by car, free private parking is available on-site, with no prior reservation required.
