Остановились на две ночи . Прекрасные апартаменты с двумя спальнями . Все было безупречно чисто , прекрасный интерьер , хорошо оборудованна кухня . Великолепный вид на море . В 15 минутах ходьбы от старого города . Имеется отличный закрытый гараж для авто большого размера . Очень благодарны хозяйке за быстрые ответы на возникающие вопросы .

Modern, clean, neat and very well situated within a very pleasant stroll to the Old City within 15 to 30 minutes. Public transport is readily available but not necessary to the Old Town. There are restaurants and grocery shops within a 1 minute to 5 minutes walk. There is parking but our vehicle was too big to fit into the garage.

A modern, comfortable apartment with view to the sea, in walking distance from the Old Town. What else could you wish for? Yeah, a garage for the car, no more endless search for parking space, which is a misery in Croatia. Turned out, december is ideal for sightseeing, nice weather, bearable amount of tourists, so if you can skip swimming in the sea, go and book a few days here, promise you won't regret it.

Great location: walking distance from the old town, only 4-5 mins until big supermarket. If you come by car - there is a garage to park in - which is so great! Apartment is on 3rd floor with no lift. Very spacious, 2 balconies! Great sea view. I loved the design and kitchen. Very comfy apartment, clean and cozy. Loved it.

시부모님과 함께 성인 4명이서 지내기 완벽한 숙소였습니다! 차가 있고, 성벽 가까운 곳을 찾는다면 이보다 완벽할 수가 없어요!! 숙소도 정말 깔끔하고 주방이 넓어서 참 좋았어요:) 주방 뿐만 아니라 거실,욕실 그리고 방도 4명이 지내기에 넓었습니다~! 위치도 너무 좋은게, 거의 대부분의 버스가 지나가는 위치에 있어서 성벽 뿐만 아니라 다른 곳도 쉽게 둘러볼 수 있었어요. Gruž 쪽에 수산시장도 다녀왔는데 그 쪽 항구도 참 예쁩니다:) 테라스에서 바다 뷰와 스르지산 전망대 산 뷰가 반반씩 보이고, 방 하나는 완전 정면 오션뷰여서 시부모님이 그 방에서 지내시며 너무 좋아하셨어요:) 호스트 분도 친절하시고 숙소 메뉴얼을 pdf로 깔끔하게 잘 정리해두셔서 편리했습니다:) 처음에 성벽 기준 북쪽에 있는 숙소 알아봤었는데 실제 가보니 그쪽은 경사가 엄청 심하고 버스 노선도 적어서 이 숙소가 진짜 딱 입니다! 다시한번 말하지만, 차가 있고, 분리된 침실 2개에, 위치까지 좋은 곳을 찾는다면 고민말고 예약하세요~!!!!

Ubicación a 15min por la costa del Casco Antiguo. Garaje pegado al piso. Muy amplio, camas muy cómodas, vistas espectaculares, sin ruido, dos terrazas. Tiene una cala a 7min que está muy bien, hay que pasar por una esquina que avisa de que por tu propio riesgo. Es un tercero sin ascensor.

We had a great stay at this apartment. The location is excellent, just 15 minutes’ walk to the Old City, a few minutes from Bellevue Beach, close to bus stations, and with a supermarket and restaurant nearby. The balcony view was nice, and the apartment was clean, modern, and easy to check into. The host was very pleasant, responsive, and provided a detailed PDF with all the information we needed. We were five people, with two in each bedroom and the fifth on the sofa, which wasn’t very comfortable. If the apartment accommodates five guests, it would help to have a proper sleeping option for the fifth person and proper shades in the living room to block strong morning sunlight. Some amenities like the iron weren’t listed, so we didn’t know it was available. There weren’t enough tissues or handkerchiefs, and the doorbell cannot be heard upstairs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Martina was a wonderful host! There were several times I messaged her to ask her questions and she responded right away. She offers plenty of towels and amenities in the apartment to make you feel right at home and comfortable. The entire apartment - all rooms - have AC units, which during the hot European Summers was critical for our family and our sleep. The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee pod maker and all items you would use at home. Location is right on the main street, so a bit loud and fast-paced feeling, but the views were stunning and the apartment is walking distance to Old Town and the main public beach, which we loved being able to walk everywhere. Our 2.5 year old son really enjoyed the apartment, saying many times "I love this home." :) Thank you Martina for being such an amazing host and providing a very welcoming stay for our family.

Martina’s place was as pictured. Location was great (close to beach and short walk to old town). 4th floor so a few stairs. Overall a good place to rent. Please note if traveling w/ family/kids there is a sex shop below building, it is on a very busy intersection and it is close to bars/clubs so you will hear people walking/talking loudly late at night. We had an issue w/ a broken back door that they were unable to fix during our stay made the above mentioned noise situation worse.

Martina’s apartment was incredible! My friends and I took a group trip to Dubrovnik this summer and we felt so lucky to find this listing!! It was walkable to Old Town where there are tons of gorgeous architecture, amazing restaurants, and activities. It was also walking distance to the most GORGEOUS beach!!! If you don’t want to go far, there is a convenience store right around the corner on the first floor. Just a bit further down, there are some sandwich shops and a bakery. If you need something a bit more, there is a grocery store also within walking distance. The apartment itself was extremely clean, comfortable, and the views from the balconies are breathtaking. Hotel quality!! Martina was also very responsive and friendly! I felt very comfortable sending her any questions. This stay helped make our trip to Dubrovnik fantastic!! Would re-book in a heartbeat!

Amazing apartment in Dubrovnik, it felt like we had been in a hotel, super accessible, near the truck stop, 15 min walking from the center. very nice views of the beach. Very cozy and 100% I recommend it and I would book it again without thinking about it

We loved our stay in this flat! The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen is very well equipped — salt, pepper, oil, and coffee were provided, which was a nice touch. The location is great, just a 15-minute walk to the old town with plenty of great places to eat. The flat was spotless, modern, and had an incredible view. The road outside can be a bit noisy if you’re looking for complete silence on the balcony, but it didn’t bother us at all. There’s a small shop, a kiosk, and a burger place just outside, which is very convenient. The flat also includes a washing machine with detergent, a clothes rail, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board — everything you might need for a comfortable stay. We’d definitely recommend staying here and would happily book again ourselves!
