The three bedrooms are equipped with double beds, and one of which is ensuite - a marble bathroom, creating a serene and elegant atmosphere. The villa is perfectly positioned to capture abundant natural light, with sun-facing windows that brighten every corner. The spacious living room, adorned with an emerald green sofa, offers entertainment such as Netflix, board games, and chess. Just steps away, a nearby bicycle path provides endless fun for both children and adults. The outdoor area is equally impressive, with a heated swimming pool and an alfresco dining area complete with a large grill, ideal for meals shared with friends and family. Best of all, the villa is only 200 meters from both the beach and the village center, offering easy access to everything you need for a perfect Brač holiday.
In three bedrooms six adult guests are comfortably accommodated. There is room for two more on a sofa bed in the master bedroom.
Sumartin, the youngest village on the island of Brač, is a charming port town known for its inviting atmosphere and stunning coastal beauty. The village is surrounded by numerous pristine beaches, perfect for relaxation and swimming in crystal-clear waters. Sumartin is also a culinary haven, with local highlights including freshly caught fish, rich olive oil, artisanal cheeses, and fine local wines. The warm hospitality of the locals makes every visit feel like a homecoming. Easily accessible by a daily ferry from Makarska, Sumatra is also home to cultural treasures such as the Franciscan Monastery of St. Martin and the historic church of the same name, both offering a glimpse into the area’s spiritual and architectural heritage.
