This luxurious, modern two-storey Villa Melaina near Korčula Old Town seamlessly combines contemporary design with traditional Dalmatian architecture. Divided into two connected sections by an elegant bridge, the main residence spans three floors, featuring five luxury bedrooms and six bathrooms, one of which is a master suite with a walk-in wardrobe, Jacuzzi, and private balcony with breathtaking sea views. The annex is dedicated to relaxation and recreation, housing a fitness center, sauna, and an entertainment room with billiards. Outdoors, an infinity pool with a sun deck is surrounded by lush Mediterranean flora, offering a serene escape just 100 meters from the beach. The villa’s high-end construction and state-of-the-art systems ensure comfort and sophistication, with a fully equipped kitchen, open-plan living area, and a terrace perfect for alfresco dining, complete with a barbecue area reminiscent of a traditional Dalmatian konoba.
In five bedrooms ten adult guests are comfortably accommodated.
Birthplace of Marco Polo, Korčula island has a long history stretching back to the Greeks and Venetians. The main town, Korčula, also knows as “Little Dubrovnik” is dense with red roofed houses and holds an impressive medieval square and centuries’ old church. Perhaps not as popular as some of its neighbours as it is a little harder to get to being further away from the mainland it is a journey well rewarded. Korčula has thick pine forests, olive groves and vineyards, bountiful serene and clear water beaches, as well as plenty of exceptional restaurant choices making it one of Croatia’s most relaxing holiday destinations.
