To the villa belongs a roof terrace with a swimming pool and a sea view, as well as a sundeck with loungers, seating area and an outdoor kitchen.
Terrace on the ground floor 55 m² includes a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining room with sitting area for 10 persons and access to a unique heated 8 meters long swimming pool. There are loungers and outdoor shower next to the pool.
Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, Espresso machine, air conditioning, SAT TV, wireless internet, outdoor shower, fireplace, barbecue in the garden and parking on the property are just some of the features available to guests.
