Villa Solencia with Pool

Villa Solencia is a holiday villa in Kastel Novi, a quiet coastal town between Split and Trogir. With space for up to ten guests, the villa features five bedrooms and five bathrooms, giving everyone comfort and privacy during their stay. Surrounded by a green garden with plants and open space, it combines a modern design with a touch of Dalmatian style. 

The outdoor area is well-suited for relaxing and spending time together. Guests can enjoy a private heated pool with sun loungers, shaded seating areas, and a dining table for outdoor meals. A balcony with an inviting jacuzzi and sea views is another highlight. Families traveling with children will appreciate the playground with swings, a slide, climbing frame, and trampoline. 

Inside, the villa is warm and inviting, with large windows that let in natural light and open directly onto the pool terrace. The living room is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa, a TV, and a fireplace, while plants bring freshness to the space. The open layout connects the living room with the dining area and a modern kitchen. The kitchen has all necessary appliances, a large island with seating, and a dining table for ten people. 

The bedrooms are designed for rest and include TVs, closets, and either sea or park views. Several rooms open to the balcony with a jacuzzi and sea views, while all but one have en-suite bathrooms. For extra space, there is also a separate room near the pool with its own kitchen, fireplace, and dining table behind glass doors with pool access and sea views. 

Guests looking to stay active can use the fitness room with gym equipment or unwind in the sauna after a workout. The villa is just a 10-minute drive from the beach and Split Airport, 15 minutes from Trogir, and less than half an hour from Split and its famous Diocletian’s Palace. Local taverns and grocery shops are within walking distance, making Villa Solencia a convenient and comfortable base for exploring the Split area of Croatia.
