Welcome to our brendly renovated house on Pile Gate Dubrovnik. Perfect location for relaxing and convenient for exploring the city - Old Town is not even a 5 minute walk away.
The house is built on two floors with three bedrooms, two bedrooms feature a double bed and one single bed. There is an additional sofa bed that can be converted in double.
The House is suitable for optimum of 5 and maximum of 7 guests making it perfect for families and groups.
There are two bathrooms with showers and a fully equipped kitchen with additional sitting area on the outside patio.
PLEASE NOTE:
No pets allowed and no garages or parking spaces necessary. Bus station is 3 minutes walk away and everything needed is in the area.

Excellent location, within short distance to the water and the city wall. The place is spacious for 6 of us to have meals with comfortable beds and washer and dryer. There are a few steps getting from the street to the units but it’s manageable. I’d recommend this unit to big group!

Absolutely loved staying at this Airbnb. It was super conveniently located- right outside the pile gate. It was perfect— so close to the main attraction of Dubrovnik (old town) without actually being in the chaos of it. The apt is tucked away in a little quiet alley so it was nice and private. The place itself was super clean and tidy. There was a washer/dryer which was a godsend after a week of traveling just out of my hand-carry. Martina and her team were a great host— detailed instructions were provided on how to find the apt (since it’s a little tucked away), and assisted us IMMEDIATELY when we had a little trouble with the hot water. Just a simple on/off reset of the water heater switch and it worked perfectly. I really recommend this Airbnb if you plan on visiting Dubrovnik. Our favorite Airbnb during our entire week driving through Croatia. Thanks Martina!

Great stay in Dubrovnik. We were families of 2, had ample space for everyone. The space was clean and everything was in place. The home is really close to the Old Town, Sulic beach and the bay so very convenient. The host was very responsive to all of our queries. Would recommend.

This location is unbeatable. While there are many twists and turns to find it - that’s its asset. It’s both private, yet in a primo location. The property is amazing. If there was anything I would improve : please provide beach towels, and even with a/c, we were warm. The hosts were amazing. We had a freakish wind blown broken window at 430am. The hosts were responsive, concerned and acted immediately. I would undoubtedly stay here again.
Absolutely charming and comfortable for me and my family of 5. Great location and I felt very much like a local. A little tricky finding the door but once you do, it’s easy peasy. We loved the place and the washer and dryer was a real plus. Thank you.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is just steps from the walled city and walkable to most of the sights in Dubrovnik. The apartment is very bright with two nice courtyards to sit in. You really feel like you are part of the community here. Martina was very responsive and helpful. Easy check in and pictures to help us find the apartment the first time. Be prepared to provide your own paper goods, as only toilet paper is stocked. All toiletries are provided for showers, which was nice! I would definitely stay here again if we return to Dubrovnik!

Een ontzettend fijn verblijf voor 7 personen. Huis is netjes, beddengoed en handdoeken aanwezig. Locatie is ideaal! Binnen een paar minuten binnen de oude stadsmuren en om de hoek ligt een klein baaitje om te relaxen. Snelle en vriendelijke communicatie met Martina.

La casa está ubicada en una zona preciosa. La vivienda tiene lo necesario para cocinar y está muy limpia. El inconveniente es que el dormitorio individual, tiene una cama muy incómoda, una cama individual con una barra en medio que resulta muy difícil dormir bien.

A fantastic three bed house directly next to Blackwater Bay and within a couple of minutes walk of the Old Town - absolutely perfect location. The house was clean and modern with a great kitchen and very useful washing machine, modern large TVs in every room and beautiful bathrooms. It was an absolute pleasure to stay and Martina made it easy at every step. We look forward to staying here again when we return to Dubrovnik. Thanks Martina :-)
I loved this place. Located next to “Black Water Bay” is a treat for any Game of Thrones fan. The neighborhood is exactly what you come to Dubrovnik for and the apartment is ideal for families (we had three adults and three children). The two big bedrooms are very spacious; the single room is perfect for an individual; and the couch bed good for two (I slept on it just fine). Generous coffee pods too :) Just make sure you keep the boiler switch on so you don’t lose hot water (these switches are common out here but it’s easy to forget and turn it off).
The house was very clean, and everything was within walking distance.

I had a great time at this location. The place was clean, also stocked with good amenities. Martina was very responsive to all my questions and we had to book this place last minute due to a change in our itinerary. Martina was very flexible and was able to have the place ready to go the day before our arrival. It was a very good location to the old town of Dubrovnik, with only it being a five minute walk. All the rooms were very clean, with excellence a amount of these provided. I highly recommend staying here for other travelers coming to Dubrovnik.

Literally the best location in Dubrovnik. Less than a minute walk and you're having a quiet coffee or drink at King's Landing, and it's about 2 mins walk from the fort and from Old Town.... But somehow still feels quiet, safe and private. We also liked that the kitchen was designed in such a way that we could buy groceries for the week, cook easily and play cards at the dinner table when we didn't feel like going out.

Martina was super helpful, we stayed the night before in old town and weren’t sure what to do with our bags and she recommended a baggage storage. This took the stress out of our travel and was awesome.
Our group was four adults, and the apartment felt very spacious. Bedrooms were fine. It was a four-minute walk to the old city entrance. Perfect location. Bar and Restaurant just around the corner was perfect. Martina was a perfect hostess. Very quick to answer questions. I would defiantly give this home a five-star rating

Lovely quiet location and very near to Dubrovnik old town - 5 mins walk. Martina was very helpful with local information, transfers and baggage storage. Well equipped kitchen,great to have towels and beach towels. Would definitely recommend!
Amazing location! So close to old town!
Martina saved us! We had to find a place in the fly because of a miscommunication and were able to book it quickly. We were also able to get in early which was helpful with all the luggage. Would love to have stayed longer but had to fly out the next day.

Had an absolutely fantastic time in Dubrovnik!! The Airbnb is in a quiet and perfect central location. The facilities were amazing and we all had such an amazing time!! It was spotless and felt like home! Martina was a brilliant host! Super attentive and replied so quickly to my messages! Could not fault her!! 100% would recommend and stay here again!!!! :)

No beach access as described; it's a few minutes walk away. Make sure to make clear how many beds you need dressed. We had to share even though we said we had 6 guests - the host assumed every guest was pairing up so we were short a set of bed linens. Downstairs sink drain was broken when we arrived, but we fixed it. Wifi was good, amenities were great. Everything was clean. Great location, and modern aesthetic to the home.
My cousin, friend, and I stayed at this location the weekend of June 15th. The location could not have been more ideal. It was tucked away into a little corner, which was right next to the West Harbor and a <5 minute walk to the Pile gate entrance to old town, which is an excellent entrance to that part. It looked like the place had just been fully renovated where everything was new and modern. The AC worked great, which we were grateful for given the heat at this time of year. Given the location was tucked away in that corner, no city our late night noise could be heard. Overall, very pleased with our choice, and if we ever visit again, we would stay here.

Perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik as it was close to the main tourist attractions near the old town, and despite a lot of tourists in the area, yet it was quite private and peaceful. Our host Martina was very helpful, friendly and always responsive to our requests. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone traveling in a group of 6-7 persons or even a big family. A great place to set base in Dubrovnik, doesn’t matter if you want to go exploring the old town and do other adventurous activities or even if you just want to chill and relax on a holiday doing absolutely nothing, either way, am sure you will have a great time at this great home, away from home.
