Overview

Comfortable newly built villa in the small village of Bonaci, 9 km from Porec.
A covered terrace with a dining table and barbecue by the pool is the perfect place to cosy up hanging out with your friends and family.

The house is spread over two floors. The ground floor has a hallway, living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, laundry room, toilet and a room with en-suite bathroom.
Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
On the ground floor there is a studio flat with a separate entrance and consists of a large double bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom.
In total, the villa can accommodate 8 people. All rooms are air-conditioned and the living room has underfloor heating.
