It was so comfortable and well insulated for the cold temperatured during our stay.
Let me start with what really stood out: Martina’s place is a short walk from the castle, the old town, and several great restaurants. It’s newly renovated, sparkling clean, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with charming details and stylish furniture. Martina clearly puts a lot of care into maintaining the space and is a proactive, responsive host. That said, the apartment is noticeably smaller than it appears in the photos. The living room, kitchen, and dining area all together - and tiny. Staying here with two young children (ages 7 and 3) was therefore a bit of a challenge - especially during breakfast time. I was also bothered by a persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the stairwell, though the apartment itself is completely smoke-proof. All in all, I’d definitely recommend Martina’s place and would happily stay again—just with a smaller crowd :)

We had pleasent 2 days in the appartment, which is very modern and bright with all the amenties available. City center is a 5 minute walk which is great, also the groceries store and coffee bar are nearby.

We really loved our stay here! We spent four wonderful days in Ljubljana and found the location perfect — close enough to the city center but still nice and quiet. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The only reason we didn’t give a full 5/5 is that the beds could have been a bit more comfortable, and there were only limited supplies like dishwasher soap and toilet paper. Otherwise, it was a great stay and we’d definitely recommend it!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden und für ein airbnb hochwertig ausgestattet. Es gab genug Parkplätze ums Haus (gegen Gebühr).
The location was ideal for getting to the old town - easy to walk to. Lots of stairs to climb to get to apartment so need to be mobile

die lage, sauberkeit und ausstattung sind grossartig. absolut top. das als bett angegebene schlafsofa ist extrem klein und extrem unbequem. also nur zu viert eine option zum übernachten.
The apartment was in a great location, just a few minutes walking distance from the lovely old part of town. It was in pristine condition and we felt right at home upon walking in (with easy digital keys). It’s very peaceful, nicely furnished, and bright. The communications with the host were always prompt and friendly throughout the entire stay. I would highly recommend this place!
Lovely Stay in Ljubljana – Felt Like Home We only stayed one night in this apartment, but it truly felt like a warm and welcoming home. The space is bright, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you might need. From the moment we walked in, we felt instantly at ease – as if we were visiting someone close and dear to us. There’s a special energy in the apartment – a cozy, peaceful atmosphere that made us feel relaxed and cared for. Every detail seems thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel at home. Even though our stay was short, it left a lasting impression. We would gladly come back and definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Ljubljana.
Great apartment. The location is brilliant- in a quiet area, yet a few minutes walk from all the town amenities. There’s a supermarket and cafe a couple of minutes walk away The apartment was very clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb, the property is clean, and bright, nearby to the old town and definitely easily walkable 5-10 to the heart of the downtown. The host was very kind and communicative, very easy check in. Lots of stairs but worth it for such a great apartment.

We love our stay at this Apartment. It’s perfect with everything we needed. It’s in a quiet local neighborhood within short walking distance to the historic center and just a few blocks to the river. Groceries store is just around the corner as well as bus stop. Thank you again Martina for hosting us. We hope to be back.

Everything was great – very clean and in a good location to get to the city center.
The apartment was fantastic, very comfortable and quiet, extremely well equipped, very near the old part of town.It was easy to use the entry codes on my phone. The hosts contacted us to see if we needed anything, we didn't but we appreciated the messages.

Easy parking, the neighbourhood is safe enough, although the small playground nearby is a meeting place for people who enjoy drinking "a few" pints in the evening. There's a minimarket close to the flat and the city centre is at walking distance. The flat is cosy, there's a TV with lots of streaming services apps available (you need to log in with your own account though) and I believe cable/sat TV as well (we were able to watch foreign channels)

Appartamento a 10 min a piedi dal centro, perfetto per spostarsi a piedi. Se torneremo a Lubiana, soggiorneremmo nuovamente in questo appartamento.

Sehr gepflegte, neu renovierte, sehr saubere Wohnung in einer schönen ruhigen Umgebung, nahe an Fluss (feine Laufstrecke) und Innenstadt (10 min Gehweg). Alles funktionell eingerichtet, Außen-Rollos vorhanden, Parkettböden. Allergiker*innenfreundlich ohne Teppiche und Vorhänge. Vollständig ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Backrohr, Mikrowelle, Herd, Geschirr, Waschmaschine etc. alles Nötige vorhanden. Nette Gastgeberin hat rasch und freundlich auf Anfragen reagiert, alle Infos schon vor der Reise geschickt, sich erkundigt, ob alles ok ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The flat is really beautiful with quality furnishings and in a great location just a 5 minute walk to the riverside.

If I was even returning to Ljubljana I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The place was gorgeous with a cute balcony, so close to town but absolutely silent at night so I slept so well. Can't recommend this place highly enough, thank you so much Martina we had an amazing time!
Clean, well-equipped, comfortable apartment very close to the city center in a residental area. While we’ve never met the staff in person, they were very kind and helpful. All equipments are very modern.
Un apartament foarte curat , utilat cu tot ce trebuie , mobilier nou , electrocasnice noi . Poziția apartamentului este excelentă , zona liniștită și foarte aproape de centrul orașului.
Apartman je perfektno sredjen i opremljen, na izvanrednom mestu, blizu svih turistickih atrakcija, par stotina metara od samog centra ovog prelepog grada, stotinjak metara od reke Ljubljanice, market na minut hoda od apartmana, domacica izuzetno ljubazna i predusretljiva, sve u svemu divnih nekoliko dana provedenih u Ljubljani.
Martina was very helpful & quick to respond after the initial booking and when we were on holiday. The apartment was as described and very clean. We would recommend to friends who would like to visit Ljubljana.
We had a great stay here, the apartment was a perfect size for us (two adults and two children), the kitchen is very modern and well equipped, the bathroom is also modern and great to use and It was nice to have a balcony. The location is great and just a small (5 minute) walk to the fantastic Ljubljana old town and the host recommended a local coffee place which is a bar in the evening) and we visited multiple times, and also the super market which is very convenient and both are very close. The host was super responsive, friendly and helpful and the apartment was super easy to get in (which was especially good as we had a late flight and arrived a midnight). All in all we loved our trip and Slovenia in general and will be back one day.
We enjoyed our stay at Martina's apartment. It was very clean, exactly as on the photos. Good amenities and solid internet for work. Location is very covenient as it is only couple of minutes walk to city center. Beds in the bedrooms were comfortable and bathroom was spacious with washer for longer stays. The only disadvantage (but it is clearly communicated so no surprise) is that apartment is on the 4th floor which is sometimes challenging with luggage and kids. Second thing is parking around the house which is paid (around 10 euro per day) and sometimes it took longer to find the spot. Overall I recommend the place and Martina and her team as hosts!

La casa es estupenda. Situación de 10. El barrio está muy bien y a cinco minutos andando del centro.Tiene todo lo que se pueda necesitar y está muy limpia y nueva. La terraza es top.
