Rien de particulier à signaler sur l’intérieur. Ce que j’ai particulièrement apprécié c’est la possibilité de se garer, le calme, et la terrasse pour dîner ou prendre son petit déjeuner.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en el departamento de Martina, tiene lugar para aparcar dentro, la temperatura del departamento es perfecta siempre aunque afuera esté haciendo mucho calor dentro está fresco, hay mosquiteros en cada una de las ventanas por lo que dentro no hay mosquitos. Hay un supermercado a menos de 5 minutos andando y una panadería y farmacia ;y la zona es bonita y tranquila y te puedes mover fácilmente en auto para recorrer Eslovenia, nosotros lo usamos de base para ir a los lagos y visitar otras ciudades, Originalmente éramos 9 personas pero al final sólo pudimos venir 5 por lo que estuvimos muy cómodos cada quien en una habitación, y no fue problema tener un solo baño y en la mesa cabíamos bien los 5, si hubiéramos venido los 9 no hubiéramos podido desayunar todos juntos en la mesa. La cocina tenía todo lo que necesitamos. Es un lugar ideal para tener de base y llegar por las noches a descansar después de disfrutar de las maravillosas joyas de Eslovenia ❤️🥰😍.

Nice place, clean and peaceful. Easy drive to downtown Ljubljana, can also take bus if you don’t want to drive. Martina has information for the bus. We were treated with crepes and homemade jam the first morning which was appreciated greatly by my family.

Siamo stati in 6 nel appartamento della signora Angy, ordinatissimo accogliente e pulitissimo,la signora si è messa subito a disposizione gentilissima ,la mattina ha preparato una colazione tipica lubiana speciale accompagnata da un ottima confettura sempre km zero. Il parcheggio direi ottimo , addirittura cancello con chiusura automatica consiglio tutti di andarci ho dato valutazione 10 su tutto

L'alloggio si trova fuori dal centro di Lubiana che però si raggiunge facilmente con l' auto (10 minuti) o con i mezzi che però non abbiamo mai provato. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, la pulizia perfetta e l' host è sempre stato molto gentile e disponibile a ogni richiesta. Abbiamo anche cenato nel suo giardino e abbiamo ricevuto dei regali dell' orto. Da consigliare

Verwarring over de toeristentax. Wij dachten dat het in de prijs inbegrepen was maar dat was niet het geval. Dit was het enige mispunt. Het verblijf was heel mooi! Heel vriendelijk en lieve mensen! We hebben gratis zelfgemaakte pannenkoeken gekregen en een pot confituur! Een heel rustige buurt en een heel mooi onderhouden apartement! Zeker een aanrader!

Very neat place. The owner was very nice and proactive. You can easily find the aparment. The ceiling height of the apartment was not low at all as mentioned in many other comments, except maybe a bit at the entrance, but it's a really nice place with many clean and organized rooms. Thank You for everything! I can only recommend this place to everyone!

Fine appartement. In good location if you plan to explore Slovenia (if you plant to spend time only in Ljublana, you will find better situated places). Sufficient place not far from highway. Biggest disadvantage I consider is only one toilet which is in the same room with shower. So when 6+ people, it can be time consuming while everyone takes care of his hygiene after whole day. Otherwise, all was fine. Flat was clean with pleasant temperature and enough space. Thank you for hosting.

Wir waren zu sechst als Familie dort, jeder hatte ein sauberes, bequemes Bett in drei separaten Schlafzimmern. die Wohnung bietet in zwei weiteren Zimmer noch drei weitere Schlafplätze. Das Geschirr und Besteck in der Küche war sauber und der Herd funktionierte einwandfrei. Ein Backofen ist nicht vorhanden. Mikrowelle und French Press sind vorhanden gewesen. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und das Badezimmer, alles war sehr sauber und top. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. die Wohnung befindet sich im Südterrain, was für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt von drei Tagen vollkommen in Ordnung war. Vor der Wohnung befand sich auch ein Tisch mit Stühlen und sogar mit Überdachung. Alle Fenster waren mit Fliegen Gittern ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wirklich rund um wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin war super nett, eine sehr nette Dame. wir konnten direkt vor dem Haus parken.

Appartement parfait pour un séjour tranquille en famille. Très calme. Très bien placé position centrale pour une visite de la slovenie . proche de toute les commodités. Et enfin la propriétaire est adorable pleines de bonne intention. ( légumes, confitures, crêpes...et même crème contre les coups de soleil) une vraie maman. Vivement notre prochain séjour.

Salve,è stato veramente bello stare nell'alloggio di Martina.Appartamento uguale alle foto e perfettamente pulito e ordinato.Cucina piccola, ma provvista di molte cose.C'è anche la lavastoviglie.Unica cosa è che l'appartamento si trova sotto un altro appartamento ed è un po piu basso del solito.Per il resto abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico visitando Lubiana,Postumia ,l'Isonzo e Bled,tutto nelle vicinanze. La proprietaria è stata da subito gentile e ospitale.Non potevamo sperare di meglio.

Everything was perfect, from the bedrooms to the kitchen, there was everything we needed and much more, considering that we were a group of 8 people. I appreciated expecially the parking space inside the structure and the easy experience with the check in. Also Andreja, the home owner, and her husband were very kind and friendly to us, they prepared us breakfast and cakes for our stay! The neighbourhood was quiet and easy accessible, everything needed (bakery, supermarket, bus stop to the centre, pharmacy) was near and reachable by walking. I think if we will need to visit Ljubljana again we'll book this house one more time.

The apartment was great for our group, 3 adults and 2 small children. The bedrooms were spacious and everything was very clean. Check in was smooth, and Andreja, who lives upstairs, gave us the basics of the apartment and instructions on how to enter the property. She made our stay extra special by giving us pancakes with homemade marmalade, vegetables from her garden (which we used for dinner one night), and even some toys for the kids. The apartment is well equipped, with plenty of towels, toilet paper, blankets, and pillows. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a drying rack. The kitchen was well stocked, including coffee, sugar, and tea, but we had to buy some basics for ourselves, such as cooking oil and salt. There is no oven, but we didn't miss it. There is ample parking behind a gate. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet, with a market just around the corner, but we wished there was a bar or restaurant nearby. Overall, a great base to explore Slovenija!

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und alles Wichtige zum Kochen ist vorhanden. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und haben mehrmals sichergestellt, das mit der Unterkunft alles passt und uns immer die Möglichkeit zum Kontaktieren gegeben. Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet genügend Platz für 7 Personen. Gerne wieder falls wir nochmal nach Ljubljana kommen!

Wir haben uns in dem Bah Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt. Trotz verspäteter Ankunft mitten in der Nacht, wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Am nächsten Tag gab es ein paar Pfannkuchen mit selbstgemachter Kürbismarmelade. Das Souterrain-Appartement war sehr sauber und mit allem eingerichtet, was wir brauchten. Der Stellplatz für unser Auto im Hof war sicher. Supermarkt am Ende der Straße, Fahrt zum Stadtzentrum Ljublana unproblematisch. Unsere Highlights: + nette Vermieter, genug Platz für unsere Familie, sicherer Stellplatz für das Auto.

Très très bonne adresse . Appartement très accueillant avec tous les équipements et une belle décoration. Mention spéciale à l’hôte sur place avec ses petites attentions .Nous avons eu la chance de goûter se crêpes et sa fille future maison ainsi que ses légumes du jardin. Bus à proximité pour aller au centre ville et si vehiculé pas de soucis pour la voiture. Je recommande cette adresse pour visiter la ville

l appartement est vraiment superbe. aussi beau que sur les photos, spacieux (en dehors de la cuisine). il y a 9 couchage, c est par contre un peu juste pour manger à 9 en meme temps. bien situé, quartier calme, place de stationnement securisé. petite confusion à l arrivée, nous ne nous sommes pas orientés sur la bonne porte. l appartement est en bas des escaliers exterieurs et non en haut. nous avions été tres bien accueillis par les personnes sur place, qui ont, de plus eu des attentions super sympa. l appartement est tres bien équipé, propreté impeccable.s il y a un bémol, il concerne la proximité des prises par rapport aux lits dans les chambres, ce qui reste plutot minim'. une très bonne expérience nous concernant.

We had a warm welcome with a tour around the apartment. The apartment is very, very nice. Clean and large rooms. Bathroom has a nice shower with impressive water pressure. The towels provided in the bathroom were a nice surprise. I like the kitchen, it has all the required equipment. The coffee machine was my favourite toy. A small improvement to the kitchen could be a sliding door. Makes it a bit easier to handle the fridge. A tip for people looking into booking this place...make sure you book it for at least two days...you might be lucky to get pancakes 🥞 for breakfast from the host. 😊 In short: Perfect place for exploring Ljubljana.

The apartment was very good for our large group of two families. The city center of Ljubiljana is just a bus or train ride away. Takes between 20 and 30 minutes. The apartment is rather in the basement/mezzanine than on the ground floor. We were welcomed with freshly made Tiramisu, which was very kind and delicious!

Appartement situé au rez de chaussée - sous sol de la grande maison familiale (présente l’inconvénient d’être assez peu lumineux, mais l’énorme avantage d’être frais y compris en temps de canicule comme ce fut le cas pour nous). Plutôt calme, la maison se réveille tranquillement vers 8h le matin. Grand, fonctionnel , beaucoup de chambres, 4 lits doubles et un lit simple , literie de très bonne qualité. Il manquerait peut être juste un salon pour être parfaitement confortable. Est bien placé pour rayonner autour de Ljubljana, à 20mn (en voiture) du centre ville. Enfin et surtout, La propriétaire est une femme adorable, très accueillante, qui nous a offert des légumes de son jardin, des crêpes et de la confiture maison. Bon rapport qualité prix , nous recommandons !
