Echt een heel mooi huisje, super mooi zwembad en jacuzzi. Ligging verder ook top, super lekker restaurantje op 200m lopen en genoeg privacy. Host van het huisje echt heel aardig en wil echt de beste vakantie voor jou maken. Voelt meer als een vriend dan een host!

Wij hebben als vriendgroep een fantastische week gehad waar we volledig ons zelf konden zijn. Edi is de meest fijne huisbaas die je maar kan wensen. Hij reageert altijd, heeft super veel goeie tips en is altijd super vriendelijk en gastvrij. Als wij nog een keer besluiten om naar split te gaan weten wij waar we gaan verblijven!

We really enjoyed our stay at Edi’s. House is big and well-equipped, close to split (around 20min) drive, the pool and jacuzzi were greatly appreciated. We are very thankful for the warm welcome of Edi and all the advices he gave us to enjoy the region. Always reachable by phone and answering our questions very quickly. I highly recommend!

Wij hebben als vriendengroep een top vakantie gehad bij dit vakantiehuis! Het huis was erg compleet met jacuzzi, zwembad met jets en een warme buitendouche. Tijdens een regenbui kun je je terugtrekken onder een afgedekt terras waarbij je ook in de jacuzzi kan zitten. De kamers waren zeer ruim en je hebt vanuit het balkon uitzicht op de stad Split. De locatie van het huis was ook super! Je zit in een rustige wijk op 20 minuten rijden van het centrum van Split. Je hebt een ruime tuin rondom het huis. Daarnaast is de supermarkt 5 minuten lopen en er zit een pizzeria op 200 meter. Edi, host van het huis, is een fijne kerel die altijd voor je klaarstaat en reageert op je berichten binnen 5 minuten. Hij ontving ons met een tapasplank en wat te drinken. Wanneer je problemen hebt of vragen is hij altijd te bereiken. Hij is zelfs naar het huis gekomen om 6:30 in de ochtend om ons een fijne reis te wensen. Wij hebben niks te klagen gehad tijdens onze vakantie en hebben een mooie tijd beleefd!

Den perfekte vært, super flink, hjælpsom og hurtig til at svare. Vi følte os virkelig hjemme og blev mødt af Edi, da vi ankom. Han fortalte os om boligen og mødte os med lækker Charcuteri, fantastisk. Bolig er super fin og udearealerne er skønne med den store pool. Vi kan varmt anbefale et ophold hos Edi.

This place is absolutly beautifull!! Its nice and quiet. The rooms are good all of them with their own airco witch is great! A kitchen with everything you need, very big bathroom and a nice livingroom. Outside is where the magic happens! Your own hottub, outside dining place with build in bbq and your own swimmingpool its just amazing. I couldnt recomand this house enough! What i cann recomand more is Edi his service. This man is amazing, he responds in the blink of an eye, and he does everything for you. I lost my luggage at the airport and didnt have fluid for my lenses. He went out of his way to get me some so i could stay at the house and relax. Talk about service!! Tis is a must hire villa if you’re on vacation in Split! Absolutly amazing!! 5 Stars!

We had a wonderful stay at Edi’s place in Mravince. The outdoor area was perfect for sunbathing and enjoying all our meals on the lovely terrace. It looked even better in person. Edi was the ideal host — so friendly and welcoming, and he exceeded all our expectations. The location is beautiful, with a short drive to the city center and nearby beaches. A perfect home in a perfect spot — highly recommended!

The pool and jacuzzi were absolutely fantastic and even better than we expected. The bedrooms a great size, comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. With a restaurant and supermarket with 3 mins walk it was a perfect location. The host (Edi) was by far the most friendly, helpful and responsive host we have had, and nothing was too much trouble for him and he was always very respectful. The location suited us as we had a car and it made it easy to visit surrounding area but getting into Split was super easy and cheap by Uber or by bus so we never felt like we were too far out of town. Would happily recommend this house and host.

Edi was nice and helpful guy, he answered fast and kindly to our messages. The house is located in a quiet and cozy place in the village of mravince. From the house it is a short distance to a shop and a restaurant. The balconies had wonderful views of the mountains and the city. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were our favorite places during the holiday, the water was clean and suitably warm. Our holiday was nice and memorable, thank you Edi.

Beautiful home & we especially loved the swimming pool / decking area where we spent most of our time during the day & early evening. Location is great, very short walk to coffee shops & supermarket + short Uber drive into the old town. Edi could not have been more welcoming for myself & group of friends. Thank you!

Der Host Edi war wirklich ein netter Gastgeber, sehr gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich 😊 Das Haus selber ist in einer netten Umgebung, es ist ruhig und die Bäume und die Natur sind sehr schön. Insbesondere hat mich der Feigenbaum gefreut. Uns hat gefallen das wir gleich einen Supermarkt nebenan hatten und zur Stadt war es keine lange Fahrt. Der Pool ist wirklich super, besonders ein Salzwasser Pool ist wirklich gut. Sonst war die Küche auch gut außer ein besserer Toaster wäre gut. Allgemein war es eine nette Bleibe. 😁

Wow.. just wow! Stayed here with 7 other friends and it’s fair to say that this was the trip of our lives. Everything matched its online description, and Edi was a wonderful host. He provided us with local recommendations for both food and transport, which we found really useful. His house was beautiful and had a wonderful view of the mountains, while still only being 15 minutes from central split by car. We enjoyed using the pool the most, but also exploring the local area and mountains. We would highly recommend that you stay here, it has everything you need (including two supermarkets and a nearby restaurant). Because of my wonderful experience with Edi, I will definitely be returning to Croatia again to experience more of this beautiful country. Lastly, whoever stays here next, please look after Edi’s sacred hoof bottle opener! 5/5 Stars

I can’t fault my stay here! Edi was one of the most attentive hosts I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing such hospitality. He was sure to greet us when we arrived with a platter of cheese, meat and fresh bread. Made sure there was water in the fridge and gave us a thorough tour of his beautiful villa. The house, pool and hot tub was very clean and tidy. Edi even made the effort of leaving some bbq paraphernalia furthermore, you can find all the utensils you need in the villa. There is a butchers, supermarket and bakery close by so you can get what you need within a 5 min walk or take a 10 min Uber to Lidl to get your goods. Split is not too far from the villa, a good 15-20 min in the Uber which was easy to get for 6 ladies. We were there to celebrate my 30th birthday and Edi was quick to make great suggestions on where we could go. I would honestly come back again as I could not fault the villa and the host! 10000/10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Edi was an amazing host! The place was amazing and had everything we needed. We loved how tranquil the place was but also how it was close enough to Uber into the city centre as well! Edi was also very helpful with information about the area of Split. The house was in great shape and looked exactly like the pictures. The brand new pool and sitting area were also very enjoyable. We‘ve liked every bit of our stay. The pool and jacuzzi were great and always clean just like the rest of the house. It is just like on the pictures and, the check-in and check-out were super easy because of Edi. Overall a great place to stay for a holiday and I can definitely recommend it.
