Featuring a 25m2 outdoor heated pool, 14 inviting sun-beds, an outdoor shower, and numerous cozy seating areas, this property exudes an atmosphere of pure relaxation. Its expansive terrace boasts a summer kitchen, outdoor fireplace and BBQ, and alfresco dining area perfect for enjoying leisurely meals outdoors. Take in the awe-inspiring vistas of the sea and surrounding Dalmatian landscape, adorned with elegant cypress and pine trees, at any hour of the day. This villa is an ideal venue for weddings, birthdays, or any occasion deserving of a special celebration. Each bedroom, with its own charm, offers unique allure, including breathtaking sea views. Infamous city Dubrovnik just may be the most popular destination on the Adriatic coast, for a good reason. Formed in seventh century and since scarred by many of its rulers today it displays a rich cultural history and historical significance. Protected by UNESCO pedestrian only charming Old Town is enveloped in 10th century city walls, 2 kilometers in length, in some parts 6 meters tall. It is a must stroll! Stradun, or Dubrovnik’s placa, is a picturesque street lined with cafés and restaurants, a perfect view point to admire the architecture and watch the world go by while enjoying fresh catch of the day and sipping on a glass of Malvazija.
