Modern villa exquisitely furnished for a truly relaxing holiday. Family Dream Villa displays polished hardwood floors, natural toned walls with a clean design bringing our attention and focus to comfortable furnishings and soft hued colors creating leisurely atmosphere. 210 m² are distributed over one level. A spacious living room with a corner sofa joins an open plan dining room and a kitchen overlooking the sea. From here there is a direct access to a terrace with an outdoor heated pool and a covered dining area with a built-in barbecue, plus comfortable patio furniture and a children’s playground. Sun loungers are provided around the pool as well as a tidy Mediterranean garden. Views of the sea and the striking mountains can be enjoyed from all angles.
In three bedrooms six adult guests are comfortably accommodated. An extra bed may be provided for one additional guest if necessary.
Home to Zrmanja River Delta and a gate to Velebit Mountains Rovanjska village within Zadar County offers easy access to gorgeous blue seas and a variety of adventure activities. Centuries-old Zadar city is only 30 km away and most definitely worth a visit. With abundant crystal clear pebble beaches at your doorstep and undisturbed wild landscape around this is a destination providing respite while at the same time indulging you in culture, history and dining options.
