Just a few steps from the house there is a refreshing swimming pool with its own shower. The garden also has a barbecue, private parking, and delicious grapes that you can taste. The property is completely surrounded by green nature. The rooms are nicely decorated, with a view of nature. The kitchen is fully equipped. Comfortable sofas, a new TV and an indoor fireplace are in the living room, with direct exit to the garden. The air conditioning is in the living room and in the 2 bedrooms upstairs.
