Large and fully fenced garden (2 800 m2), swimming pool with canopy, outdoor barbecue and lots of greenery - all in the quite village of Lazarici, in the east of the Istrian peninsula. The Augustina Villa can accommodate up to 14 people. The ground floor has a kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a recreation area. On the first floor of the house you will find a living room, kitchen, dining room, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 3 air conditioners upstairs and one on the ground floor. The location is quiet and offers the opportunity for a real vacation, and you are only 15 minutes drive to the first beach. Swing, badminton net, small football goals and spacious lawn are inviting to play and perfect for families. Villa Augustina is truly great, come and see for yourself!
