Overview

Warm air and gentle breeze. Relaxing shadows of beautiful green trees. Nothing but nature. A glass of a chilled delicious Istrian wine.

On the eastern coast of Istria, near the town of Labin, you will find a large garden with a freestanding pool, comfortable outdoor deck chairs,
as well as an outdoor summer kitchen (30 m2), barbecue and dining table.

In the newly built romantic cottage there is a living room, kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a large covered porch in front (40 m2).
An additional bathroom is located outside.

There's also a hot tub in an enclosed space so you can relax regardless of weather. The price for the jacuzzi is 150 euro for 1 week, 200 for 2 weeks and 250 for 3 weeks.

Friendly animals (goat pets) live on the property, and the owner uses the backyard and the additional house to occasionally stay there and feed the animals.

Holidays at Villa Vita will be a source of pleasant experiences and fond memories.
