The apartment is modernly furnished and equipped with air conditioning, complete cooking and eating utensils, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and garden furniture on the balcony with awning.
The apartment has an LED TV-SAT system and free WiFi internet access.
Free parking is provided in the yard of the house.
The community pool is just across the street from the Felix holiday home, 30 m away. At the communal pool in the garden, the cozy barbecue area and pavilion are there for socializing moments. The whole complex is completely fenced.
