Lovely studio apartment 16 m2, bright and newly refurbished for 2 persons with a fantastic sea view, just 20 min walk to the old town. Located in a familiar neighbourhood, just 300m to the sea.
The studio apartment is equipped with a kitchenette, where you can prepare breakfast and small dishes (a mini market is only a few meters away from the house). Kitchenette offers fridge, stove, kitchen utensils, electric kettle, toaster. The bathroom is modern with a walk in shower, hairdryer and washing machine.
Balcony is private and it is furnished. You can enjoy sea view from the balcony.

Logement agréable, vue magnifique. Transport en commun a proximité Petit bémol pour le rideau de douche .. parfait pour y passé 2 ou 3 nuits
Magnifique vue. On a passé un agréable moment dans ce logement. Il nous manquait quelques équipements pour faire la vaisselle correctement.

Petit studio pratique équipé d'une machine à laver! Plage de bellevue juste à côté et le centre de dubrovnik est à 15-20min à pieds donc super
Very enjoyable stay. Peaceful and quiet, with a fantastic sea view. The apartment is small but comfortable and perfectly located near the main beaches.

The view was as incredible has the photos show. Also, the condition of the apartment with AC, fully equipped kitchen, were also a great topic. One of the things we valued the most was the availability of the staff for all questions, and the kindness on leaving us some welcome biscuits ;) Also in a city with so expensive car parking, being able to park for free 25/30 minutes from Pile Gate we found it awesome.
V handy for new marina, shops, walks. Beaches not to far if happy to stroll. Handy buses. Well appointed, good communication, a great stay.

The apartment was clean with a stunning view and good location. The only negative was the curtain in the shower. After showering, the bathroom floor was wet.

L’appartamento è molto piccolo, ma compensa con un bellissimo balcone con vista mare. All’interno è dotato di tutto il necessario per un buon soggiorno, e la pulizia era molto buona. La posizione è ottimale se si noleggia un mezzo perché è molto tranquilla e lontana dalla confusione della old town. Consiglio!

The apartment is spotless and conveniently located close to the old town and a nearby supermarket. The terrace view is breathtaking, offering a peaceful retreat perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
Tolle Unterkunft. Alles vorhanden was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Bequemes Bett. Kleine Küche. Waschmaschine. Dusche . WC. Klimaanlage. TV mit Netflix Zugang. Balkon. Viele Steckdosen. Uns hat es für 5 Tage genügt.
All was super, close to old town, also nice concerts in area university. Very clean aparment, studenac shop near apartment.
War ein guter Aufenthalt, etwas teuer aber für Dubrovnik Verhältnisse ein akzeptabler Preis.
generally very nice but did find a fair bit of hair in the flat and the shower curtain didn't seem to work leaving the bathroom floor wet a lot. good location makes up for this
Great little place in a good location, just minutes from Bellevue beach, a market and restaurants. We had a great time here and the hosts were very helpful with any questions we had. The only thing we had a a small issue with was the studio was very very humid and no matter what we did with the windows and AC all of our stuff was damp. Not a huge issue, and we still greatly enjoyed this place!
Was a good location with a pretty view! Very clean and nice. However, I would only recommend for a short stay due to the bathroom being pretty small with little ventilation
Such a beautiful place and gorgeous water view. It’s very cozy and a 25 minute walk from old town. The hosts were so friendly and were very helpful with all our questions! We loved our stay!!

Had a fantastic stay. Location right between the harbour and the old town, walkable distance to both (~25 minutes). The nearest beach was beautiful. Very detailed instructions on how to find the apartment, and great communication from host.
Flat was equipped well (washing machine, kettle, electric hob, fridge). Good location and pretty look from a window. We got exactly what we wanted. Recommend. :)
The lock gave us some problems at inopportune times, the bed was a little small, but all in all it was a great place! Beautiful view from the room & terrace. Washer with detergent was clutch. A little farther from the old city but very easy / nice to walk in or take the bus if you’d prefer. Nice to be able to cook a few meals even in the small kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was lovely and clean, close to one of the coolest beaches we have ever seen! A great view and had everything we needed. Maybe a bit smaller than we expected from the pictures but was still a very comfortable stay. Recommend!

This apartment was spot on what was advertised, a short walk from the old city (20 mins). Received frequent updates and messages from a very proactive number which was useful! Overall great stay strongly recommend!

The flat had an amazing sea view from the balcony. It is very small but had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
Nous avons passé 3 jours dans ce studio. Nous recommandons l’hôte qui est serviable et accueillante. Le logement est à 25-30 min à pied de la vielle ville, ce qui est plus difficile avec la valise mais tout à fait faisable! La vue du studio est agréable! Appartement propre. Seul petit bémol : l’isolation sonore..
