• On the first floor, there is a room offering a communal kitchen equipped with five refrigerators, each marked with its number for a specific room. The room also has access to communal terraces. From the terrace, there is a beautiful view of the mountains and a partial view of the sea. Smoking is not allowed on the property, and individuals weighing over 140 kg are not recommended due to accommodation limitations. The private beach is only a 3-minute walk away, which requires climbing 200 steps, while the public beach is about a 15-minute leisurely walk away. Additionally, guests have access to free WiFi internet.
