Beachfront Villa Ultimata features 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and one half-bath. Four of the bedrooms feature king-size beds and one bedroom comes with twin beds. In total, there are 290 square meters of living space, spread over three floors.

The white stone-paved terrace features an infinity pool, sun deck, an alfresco dining table for 10.  It is connected to the indoor dining area, lavish living room, and fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes dishwasher, refrigerator, icemaker, microwave oven, stovetop, kettle, juicer, oven, blender, and coffee maker.

Home cinema, surround sound system, Smart TV and Free Wi-Fi are provided.

Air conditioning is available in all areas. Baby cot and high chair are available on request.  A garage for cars is available.
