The stay was great! Host was very responsive and friendly, gave some great local food recommendations. Place was tidy and beds were very comfortable. Hot water heater is a little small, if you’re American, you have to take a quicker shower than normal if you want hot water all the time. Location is a bit far from old town, you would need to uber / bus back and fourth. Some nice bakeries and mini marts near by as well. Over all it was a great stay, very clean Airbnb and nice host, would recommend!

We had a really super time staying with Nika. The place was roomy and comfortable, and local transit took us easily everywhere we wanted to go, so we could leave the car parked at the flat. Nika had tons of great suggestions, and the 3-day DUPass in particular was invaluable. Dubrovnik is amazing and the Old City, with its tiny streets, City Wall and Fortress, are wonderful! This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip, and Nika made it even easier and more pleasurable. Thanks!!!

Nika est très aimable, attentionné, prête à vous aider, répond rapidement. L’appartement est propre et complet (sèche cheveux, gel douche, huile, sel…), il manque seulement a déposer vos bagages. Il est spacieux, chaque chambre à sa salle de bain. La terrasse avec le barbecue est très agréable. L’appartement est prêt de MARKET, de restaurant, de plage et d’un port. Il se situe loin de la vieille ville mais il y’a plein de Uber disponible ( 10mins = 9€).

El lugar era muy comodo y amplio con todas las comodidades, pero la limpieza no era del tood buena, La ubicación super buena si quieres ir a la playa pero un poco lejos del centro histórico de la ciudad. Estuvo muy bueno.

Accommodation is exactly as described - great spot for a few days break away as we did. Beaches within 5/10min walk, Old Town in walking distance (1hr) and bus stop just round the corner. We felt very safe in the area too day and night (2 female travellers) Nika is lovely, very responsive and accommodating - thank you!! Would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay at this spacious property away from the noise and busyness of old town. This location is on the quiet side of Lapad and features walking trails and quiet local beaches. We loved nearby restaurant Asia Restaurant Dubrovnik. There are several grocery stores close by. Our host Nika was very kind and took time to explain nearby activities and was very responsive to questions we had not only about the property but about getting the most from our visit to Dubrovnik! It was about 8 euros to Uber into the old town and worth it because of the sanctuary of this spot. Other bonuses included the outdoor area and the dedicated, free parking space we used all week!

Great place to stay near a couple of beach’s and a beach club within walking distance. Parking spot is good and always available across the road from the accommodation. Big outdoor area with BBQ, would recommend.

Nika was a fantastic host, she even helped us arrange a car rental, and helped us order pizza from a local place getting the locals discount when we arrived. The place was great, spacious. and very convenient parking.

L’host è’ stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Ci ha aiutati nel trasporto aeroporto-appartamento sia all’andata che al ritorno mettendoci in contatto con un autista che è stato molto disponibile e gentile. Durante il tragitto ci ha anche consigliato cosa visitare e come poter usare al meglio i mezzi della zona. L’appartamento era ordinato e pulito e per qualsiasi problema o dubbio abbiamo sempre potuto contare sull’host, a qualsiasi ora. Il giorno prima di andare via mi sono ammalata e l’host si è messa a disposizione per andare a cercare una farmacia di notte per comprare quello che mi serviva, si è preoccupata per me e mi ha aiutata come ha potuto. Zona molto tranquilla, vicina ad almeno 3 spiagge, tutte carine. Eravamo a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata del bus che porta comodamente al centro poiché con l’auto è impossibile dati i prezzi dei parcheggi. Ampia scelta di supermercati nella zona. Se si vuole stare tranquilli è una scelta ottima.

L’appartement était propre à notre arrivée. Il est bien équipé et la terrasse est agréable. Il y a la climatisation. L’appartement est idéalement situé, à 10 minutes à pied des plages et du centre de lapad. Le bus pour le centre de Dubrovnik est tout prêt et les uber coutent environ 10 euros. Nika nous a donné beaucoup de bons conseils.

Очень уютная и добрая квартира, в которую хотелось возвращаться. Очень близко к пляжу. Магазин и ресторан совсем рядом. Море идеальное, красивая голубая чистая тёплая вода, незагруженный комфортный пляж с нужными удобствами. Вид просто потрясающий. Горы, воздух, богатая фауна. Сам город, гулял бы и гулял по его улочкам. Красоты необыкновенной, старый город незабываемый, а подьем на фуникулере дал полную картинку города. Даже в магазины было за городом здорово ездить, такой красоты много не бывает, как природа вокруг, только страшновато. Качество дорог тоже стоит отметить. Все здорово.
