Séjour très agréable chez Miran. Très bel environnement, appartement confortable et bien équipé. Belle terrasse. Je vous conseille grandement le petit déjeuner qui est très copieux et le cadre au bord de la piscine est au top. Enfin un grand merci à notre hote qui a nous a très bien renseigné sur les lieux et les restaurants.

Nous avons tout aimé! La gentillesse du propriétaire ainsi que des dames qui s’occupent du nettoyage et du petit-déjeuner. Le studio est très beau, neuf et bien décoré. Le coin cuisine dispose de tout ce qui est nécessaire. Le logement est très propre. Le petit déjeuner excellent! Un des meilleurs de notre voyage! La piscine est très agréable et propre.
Le logement était décoré avec goût. Les équipements de la villa sont très bien. Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Le plus : la très belle piscine. Les hôtes sont agréables et disponibles. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner qui est très copieux!
The place is really nice and the owners very welcoming! They have a huge playgrown for kids, specially lifesaver with bad weather amd small kids. The place is 15 min from Dubrovnik and 5min walking to the nearest supermarket. It is preferable to go with a car, as you will need it almost for everything.

The pool was amazing, it was quiet and very relaxing.
Nice, modern apartment not too far from Dubrovnik. We got there to have a safe park for our car, full of camping stuff, and have some relaxing time. The pool is wonderful and the place quite relaxing. We went to Dubrovnik by Uber, 11-12 euro/travel. Apartments are modern and nicely furnished, with a balcony to eat outside.
The facilities were very family. The owners and staff were extremely receptive to questions and accommodating with our needs!

El apartamento estaba muy cuidado y muy limpio. Además teníamos acceso directo a la piscina y dos tumbonas de uso exclusivo. Además el tamaño del apartamento es más que suficiente.

L'établissement est très propre et climatisé, l'appartement est spacieux avec une belle terrasse, la piscine est appréciable après une journée de visite. Il est situé à 8km de Dubrovnik accessible en Uber pour 10 euros et pour éviter les soucis de parking ( zone limitée et prix élevé en été). Très bon accueil avec nombreux conseils pour profiter pleinement du séjour.

Cały pobyt przebiegł wspaniale :) przyjechaliśmy o 2 w nocy a Mirian zostawił jasne wskazówki do zameldowania się. Mieszkanie tam to był prawdziwy relaks i odpoczynek dla nas. Mirian i jego rodzina byli bardzo pomocni i życzliwi. Bardzo polecam :)
Très bon emplacement pour sillonner dans la région de Dubrovnik. L'appartement, propre et fonctionnel, se trouve au sein d'une petite résidence charmante, calme, à taille humaine, le tout géré par un couple accueillant et disponible. Nous recommandons !
All - Location was excelente not far away from Dubrovnik but in a very quiet town so could relax from busy city. Confortable apartment nicely decorated and very comfortable. Swimming pool and shared areas also great. Excellent hosts helping with eveything we needed and providing lots of good suggestions for our stay. Highly recommended.
La villa est magnifique. L’accueil est très chaleureux et Miran prend le temps de tout expliquer en ce qui concerne la villa, le logement et tout ce qu’il est possible de faire aux alentours. Il y a même un book présent dans le logement. Nous avions un hébergement en RDC avec terrasse privée donnant sur la piscine 🤩. L’espace du logement est parfait, l’équipement est très bien. La terrasse est super sympa et spacieuse . Le logement est très propre, très bonne literie. La piscine est calme et les enfants peuvent bien nager (2 ados de 16 et 13 ans). La localisation est parfaite (15 minutes de Dubrovnik et 20 minutes de l’aéroport, 3 minutes des supermarchés 👍). Les photos sont identiques quand vous y êtes. Nous recommandons à 100% . Merci pour toutes les petites attentions.

Alloggio molto carino, moderno, curato, nuovo. Piscina perfetta! Accoglienza da parte dei proprietari molto calorosa, e piena di utili consigli per godersi il soggiorno. Memorabile! Colazioni disponibili a prezzo extra, molto ricche, consigliate! Posizione perfetta a metá strada da Cavtat e Dubrovnik e dal bel mare di Mlini. Zeer mooi en rustig complex. 100% een aanrader. Mogelijkheid tot ontbijt voor een zeer schappelijke prijs. Op 15 minuten van Dubrovnik stad en Cavtat. 20 minuten van de luchthaven. Mooi appartement met alle benodigdheden. Proper zwembad. 5 min. van de supermarkt (Lidl). Zou het iedereen aanraden.

The host was super helpful. He was flexible in check-in times because he had to give the keycard to us. We also needed some additional things during our stay (beach towels, iron, tea towel), and they were providing everything. We were also able to do some laundry there. Also, we were traveling with our 2-year old daughter and on previous trips had some problems with the baby cot. Not on this one, it was fully set up with blanket, pillow, and even a cute stuffed toy. Since we arrived late, we could just put her in there without worry The Fun Factory and pool were nice for us and our daughter to play around with. We didn't always want to go out by car, and these facilities made it easier to entertain our daughter
Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut und für die Kinder war der Indoor Spielbereich ein Traum ☺️
Miran und Vildana sind super nette Gastgeber. Sie kümmern haben für die Gäste ein tolles BBQ gemacht.. besser kann ein kroatisches Essen nicht sein. 👍 Sie helfen jederzeit bei Fragen zu Ausflugszielen oder wenn man ein paar Empfehlungen haben möchte... Großes Lob an die beiden. Unser Zimmer "Jugo" war groß, sauber, mit Balkon und Blick auf den Pool. Wir hatten eine eigene private Terrasse mit eigenem Zugang zum Pool. Eine kleine Küche hat das Ganze perfekt ergänzt. Die Betten waren super bequem, und die Ruhe im Ort war genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Ein vollkommen entspannter Urlaub Dank Miran und Vildana. Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert, man kann jedoch auch Uber nutzen.

Прекрасное место вдали от городского шума. В апартаментах есть мини кухня со всем необходимым, большая терраса, есть стиральная машина в общем доступе. Для детей есть большая, интересная детская комната .Есть возможность гриля. На заднем дворе есть тёплый бассейн и лежаки.Ближайший магазин в 5 минутах, торговый центр в 20-25 минутах пешей прогулки. Если хочется тишины и покоя, хочется отдохнуть от шума и городской суеты, то здесь всё есть для вас и вашего ребёнка ( до 4-5лет).А если хочется выбраться в город, то до Дубровника можно добраться на машине или такси за 10-15 минут. Очень гостеприимные, приветливые хозяева. Всегда на связи и всегда готовы помочь по любому вопросу.
La résidence est idéalement située à 15 min de Dubrovnik dans un environnement très calme et à quelques minutes des plages de Mlini. L’appartement est très spacieux, comfortable avec une terrasse sur la piscine. Accueil chaleureux de Miran et Vildana. Ce lieux est un havre de paix à proximité de toutes les activités. Une pépite à proximité de la ville trépidante de Dubrovnik.

Miran and his wife were truly welcoming and kind hosts. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel at home. The place is located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. Communication with them was smooth and easy, and their local recommendations were extremely helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and comfortable getaway. A big thank you to both of them for their wonderful hospitality!

Wonderful apart hotel in the middle of nature ,a little far from Dubrovnik old towns crowd... With all amenities, wonderful pool, play zone for kids , parking is perfect, room is more than what I expect, but top of the everything is the warm hospitality from Miran and family they have provided all basic cooking requirements tea coffee sugar salt pepper ... They also provide the quick guide on best restaurants bar and visiting place , some unpopular but wonderful hidden beach and destination.... Ah how can I forget their lovely gesture to serve is fresh fruits at pool side , highly recommend stay.... Value for money
My family and I are fascinated by the kindness of the hosts. For the first time in my 63 years, I have met such young, hard-working and kind hosts who do their job in the most professional way.
De rustige mooie ligging met de natuur rondom ons, vogeltjes die fluiten. Echt leuk opstaan. Wij hadden het appartement aan het zwembad. Mooi ingericht appartement, alles was er wat je nodig had. Leuk dat we de BBQ mochten gebruiken. De vriendelijkheid van de ghost, de rustige omgeving gaf ons op vakantie het gevoel dat we telkens toch een beetje thuis kwamen. We hebben vele baaien ontdekt met onze wagen, op sommige lagen we bijna alleen, zalig! Aan het strand in Srebreno gingen we dagelijks onze cocktail drinken, 8€ voor een Mojito, Pina Colada, Long Island Ice Tea, Sex on the beach, wat zeer betaalbaar is. En een bezoekje aan het visrestaurant in Plat Konoba King is zeker de moeite! Wel reserveren! Ook zijn we bij de locals gaan eten Konoba Propet met zicht op de mooie heuvels. Het traditionele gerecht Pasticada Gnocchi moet je zeker proberen. De vriendelijke gastvrouw biedt hier gratis traditioneel brood aan met een soort kaasdip. Lekker!
Уютный комфортный домашний отель. Тёплый бассейн, прекрасная веранда, детская игровая. Идеально, если вы на авто, но даже без него: рядом автобусная остановка до Дубровника, 5 минут до магазина, 20 минут до гипермаркетов пешком, 35 до тц, 40 до прекрасного пляжа серебрине.

Am căutat o locație cu parcare la un preț rezonabil aproape de Dubrovnik. Am găsit un mic paradis confortabil cu o gazdă extrem de amabilă , un apartament curat și modern utilat cu tot ce este nevoie pentru un sejur de vis . Uber până în Dubrovnik 10€ pe sens , nici un fel de stres . Piscină și relaxare după explorarea orașului vechi și nou .
Very welcoming hosts. We had a room with 2 cots in for the babies which was more than enough room. Bears in the cots, baby pouches a very nice touch. Room is spotless and modern fantastic spot on an evening to chill out. It feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere but is very easily accessible. 2 Bus stops very close by there is an app at the shelter to download that tells you when the bus is coming. Taxi around £6 and 10-15 minutes to the old town. About a 30 minute walk to Srebreno. Would recommend this place, great value for money! Overall nothing to fault.

Z całego serca polecam ten nocleg. Wszystko zgodne z opisem, czysto i przyjaźnie. Bardzo szybki kontakt z gospodarzem. Niestety ze względu na pogorszenie zdrowia córki musieliśmy wrócić wcześniej do domu o czym poinformowaliśmy gospodarza. Zaproponował pomoc z lekarzem gdybyśmy tego potrzebowali, a także zwrócił nam koszt za resztę dni z których musieliśmy zrezygnować mimo, że tego nie oczekiwaliśmy. Bardzo polecam :)
We managed to take bus to Dubrovnik from Kaufland area, also boat from Sebrenro to Cavtat and Dubrovnik, very nice!
Great located villa with private parking, swimming pool and area for kids. Quiet neighbourhood and close to Dubrownik’s old Town. Apartment is well equipped with kitchen tools, balcony with nice view and new spacious bathroom. Also washing machine and iron is available. Highly recommend:)

Rent, fint bekvämt. Lugnt. personalen fantastisk. Läget är lite off. Tar ca 35 till 40 min att gå till havet men vid 35 graders värme blir det för jobbigt. Finns 8 bussavgångar per dag. Ca 15 min till Dubrovnik. Bra om man hyr bil.
