We had a great stay in Croatia! The house was just like in the pictures and it was very clean. The check in was easy and quick and we felt welcome from the very first second. From great recommendations in the area (restaurants , shops) from the owner to a perfectly equipped house. We were more than happy with our time there and would recommend the house to everyone.

Zeer mooi vakantiehuis, buiten ontbreekt enkel een luifel voor de zon de twee kleine parasols zijn iets te weinig. Te voet naar het strand is ook iets te ver.

Super schöne Villa um mal richtig zu entspannen. Im nächstgelegenen Ort gibt es viele Möglichkeiten um einzukaufen oder essen zu gehen. Tolle Raumaufteilung mit zwei großen Kindern. Toller Urlaub.

We had a Great Stay in Vila Niz. The accomodation was as described and the owners were very Friends and helpful. The Pool and the outside area is Great. The accomodation is also Perfect for children (Baby with 10 Months). We would come back again anytime

Die kleine Villa war sehr sauber unseren Kindern hat es sehr gut gefallen. Viele Spielmöglichkeiten wie Trampolin kleines Spiel Haus und der Pool war natürlich genial. Sehr nette Vermieter . Sehr zum weiterempfehlen. Liebe Grüße

Strandmöglichkeit leider nicht so gut, jedoch benötigt man diesen nicht bei so einem schönen Pool!

We were there with the family (2 adults, 4 children 6-13) in July 2023. The villa is a dream. Beautiful pool, 3 bedrooms with private bathroom/toilet. Fully air conditioned. Great kitchen, giant fridge and icebox. Giant TV, gas grill, high quality sunbeds and furniture. Wine and olive oil as a welcome. The handling was very uncomplicated and the on-site support flexible and super courteous. They even sent our left luggage home. Really great! Deductions are only for the location. Although linear distance only 1 km to the beach, it is hardly to do on foot. Car is mandatory and beach parking costs 15 € / day. We were the first time in Croatia, whether we come again, we do not know, but the accommodation and the care was a dream! :-)

Sehr schöne Villa, super Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht um Frühstück vorzubereiten oder eine Kleinigkeit zu kochen. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und hat uns auch gute Tipps gegeben.

It really has everything you need. Everything was cleaned and nicely decorated. Really loved the swimming pool area. And the beach as well, which is really close. Everything was close and you can easily walk. But for bigger places to visit, would recommend having a car. The house is fully equipped and gives high comfort.

Everything was perfect! The villa is the same as in the pictures. Very modern and beautifully decorated. Very cleaned and has the all necessary equipment. The swimming pool area is very well maintained. Really loved staying here, wish to come back in the future.
