The main building is a 2-floor mansion with a beautiful rustic kitchen and living room with a fireplace, ideal for romantic winter nights. Also, two bedrooms are on this ground floor. On the upper floor, there are 2 other bedrooms. All have comfortable rustic-chic furniture from Tuscany and a restful garden view. The main bedroom has a wonderful balcony with a gorgeous park view where the green dominates.

Villa also has 4 bathrooms, 2 on the ground floor, 1 on the first floor, and 1 next to the sauna.

Annex stone building, boasts an excellent wine cellar and a fully equipped summer kitchen, with a stove and grill. Lovely summer nights can be perfect while dining outside in this area.

The pool with semi saltwater is surrounded by a tiled sunbathing area with beach chairs, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. The swimming pool can be heated. Pool heating is free of charge up to 25 degrees Celsius, and with surcharge of €20.00 per day for temperatures above 25 degrees Celsius. The plot is completely encircled by stone and hedge. A vast lawn garden is full of Mediterranean plants, lime trees, and green grass.

A farmhouse-style villa also offers a small children's corner with a swing, a wooden ladder, and a hammock. Private parking for 10 cars is also available.
