The Villa Victoria itself is divided into two zones. The first one is the sleeping zone, on the upper floor.  The second zone is the ground floor with the garden and pool, made for entertainment and relaxation. All 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Each of them has a king-size bed, a wardrobe, and a private bathroom. Every bedroom is soundproof and has a mosquito screen.

The layout of the ground floor follows the open flow concept. From the kitchen and dining area, big glass doors open up to a tiled outdoor patio with an outdoor dining table and barbecue. On the side, there is a large outdoor heated pool. Luxurious sunbeds, perfect for sunbathing are neatly arranged by the side of the pool. There is also a sun umbrella to make shade when wanted.

Villa Victoria has a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, including basic ones like an oven, stove, fridge and there is also a coffee machine and ice maker. Preparing meals for your family and friends is easy when everything is on hand. 

The nearest beach is only 1 kilometer away. There are also very good grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes nearby. Podstrana is famous for its clean and beautiful beaches. There is also a beautiful promenade that stretches along the coastline. Many sports activities are available in areas, including golf, hiking, cycling, river kayaking, and tennis. Also, watersports such a jet ski, SUP and inflatables aquaparks for kids are within a short distance.
