The apartment was nice, tidy and very well equipped.
We booked a balcony apartment for four people, and I have to say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is fully equipped, well-organized, and spacious, providing everything we needed to be comfortable. The highlight for us was definitely the balcony; it offers lovely views and is perfect for cozy evenings. I would highly recommend this place!
This accommodation was perfect in nearly every way - beautifully and newly designed apartment with every possible amenity, even an ironing board, everything was super clean, the balcony was huge, the backyard as well. It was great for me and my two kids. The center of Portorož was a 10 minute walking distance. Would recommend a 100 %.
Vila se nachází ve slepé ulici v Portoroži, příjezd autem je celkem snadný, vjezd do brány je trochu strmější, parkování na dvoře. K moři to je pár minut pěšky, cesta k domu zpět je strmější, nic neobvyklého. Obchod s potravinami je 10-15 min pěšky, k moři to je 5-7 minut pěšky kolem termálních lázní a hotelu Palace. Dům má dva apartmány, my jsem měli ten horní, do kterého vede pár schodů. Dům je obklopený zahradou se vzrostlými stromy, klidné a velmi příjemné místo. Apartmán je prostorný, velmi čistý (nevím jak to děláte), dvě fantastické koupelny z toho u jedné oddělený záchod. Koupelny mají vyhřívanou podlahu, velmi příjemné. Vybavení základní kosmetikou, výkonný fén. Krásný výhled s terasy, kde je prostorný stůl pro rodinu a možnost poležet v zahradním lehátku. Gril k dispozici, veškeré vybavení, několik druhů kávovarů - na kapsle, překapávanou kávu i konvička moka. Prostorná lednice s mrazákem. Tablety do myčky atd. k dispozici. Největší televize jakou jsem kdy v soukromém ubytování viděla, Netflix, pohodlný gauč. V obývacím prostoru s kuchyní je krásné panoramatické okno, ze kterého vidíte stromy. Velmi pohodlné postele, peřiny a dobré polštáře. Spousta (možná až moc) úložných prostorů, zabudovaných ve stěně. Do Piranu 40 minut pěšky po pobřeží (hezká procházka) nebo chvilku autobusem.
Peaceful, perfect view, wonderful garden! Excellently equipped apartment with all the necessary appliances for a longer or shorter stay. Private parking inside the villa. Accommodation is highly recommended!
Everything was absolutely perfect. The owner is friendly and available for any questions. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need. We really enjoyed the garden. The neighborhood is nice and quiet—it's a bit uphill, but still only a few minutes' walk to the sea.

Ovo je drugi put da boravimo u ovoj vili. Vila je savršena, čista 10. Opremljena je do najsitnijih detalja, imate ono i što ne možete da zamislite. Sve je čisto, uredno i mirišljavo. Komunikacija sa domaćinima i recepcijom je fantastična. Na recepciji možete kupiti domaće lokalno maslinovo ulje i lokalna vina.
Superschöne Villa ( 2 App. in der Nebensaison) im Herzen von Portoroz mit schönem Garten und tollen Meerblick über die Bucht von Portoroz. Wir hatten das obere, größere App. mit Terrasse, alles sehr neu und top gepflegt. Könnte nicht besser sein, kommen somit bald wieder. Feels like a home away from home

Sehr steile Straße zur Unterkunft, aber man erreicht sie in ca. 5 Minuten
Wir haben das Appartement im oberen Stock bereits zum zweiten Mal gebucht, wir lieben es einfach. Von den wunderschönen großen Glasfenstern ist die Aussicht ins Grüne bzw. auf das Meer einfach wunderschön. Alles ist gemütlich und super schön eingerichtet, die Küche perfekt ausgestattet. Es ist herrlich ruhig. Piran, Koper, Izola mit dem Auto sehr schnell erreichbar. Es gibt wunderschöne Wanderwege, die die Küste entlang führen. Jederzeit wieder. Super um Erholung und Ruhe zu finden.

Die Lage war für Portoroz super, auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück vom Apartment war ein Parkplatz vorhanden. Sehr netter Gastgeber war beim Check-In anwesend und beim Check-Out pünktlich an der Unterkunft. Zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten bis zur Hafenpromenade von Portoroz.

Wracamy tu z ogromną przyjemnością i ciągle zachwyceni dosłownie wszystkim - lokalizacją, widokami, gustownie urządzonym apartamentem, otuleni ciszą i przyrodą. O każdej porze roku wracamy z naładowanymi pokładami energii i już nie możemy doczekać się powrotu do tego miejsca. Oby jak najdłużej ten standard został zachowany!!
Gyönyörű a kilátás, karácsony előtti pár napban voltunk. Karácsonyfa várt minket a lakásban nagyon kis hangulatos volt. Nagyon rugalmasak voltak. Tisztaság volt, extrán felszerelt.
Schicke Villa auf einem Hanggrundstück mit alten Bäumen. Inneneinrichtung in modernem Design aus einem Guss. Die Ausstattung ist absolut komplett. Gute Lage nahe am Zentrum von Portoroz, Meerblick von ersten Stockwerk aus. Sehr ruhig (Ostern). Freundliche und jederzeit erreichbare Vermieter.

Wunderschönes schickes Apartment im oberen Stock mit toller Aussicht. Sehr ruhige Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wenn man die Unterkunft verlässt, um z.B. essen zu gehen, ist man in zwei Minuten im Zentrum des Geschehens, allerdings muss man auch wieder zurück und das ist ein etwas beschwerlicherer "Aufstieg", da das Gelände sehr steil ist.

Apartamentul este spațios și foarte modern. Fereastra imensă din living room și priveliștea pe care o oferă mi-au plăcut în mod deosebit. Bucătăria are toate dotările de top. Cred că sunt 4 modalități de preparare a cafelei. Sunt oferite în mod gratuit capsule de cafea, ceaiuri, condimente. Gazdele sunt de nota zece. Panta pe care se urcă de pe faleză este destul de abruptă, dar nu reprezintă o problemă nici pentru persoane mai puțin antrenate, se parcurge în 5-10 minute.

Közel van a város központhoz és mégis csendes. Jó a kilátás, van saját parkoló. Tágas és, jól felszerelt.

Wunderbare Lage mit Blick auf das Meer im oberen Apartment. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche. Wohlfühlatmosphäre-besser geht es kaum. Grosse,gut ausgestattete Terrasse. Schönes Bad. Alles sehr sauber. Sicherer PKW-Stellplatz. Nettes Personal. Die Abreise fällt schwer. Man geht mit dem Wunsch,unbedingt wieder zurückzukehren.
Lovely private apartment with everything provided for travellers. Felt very secure and good location for visits out to Portoroz, Pirani and villages on the Istrian Peninsula. Good information and guidelines given for the apartment.
The apartment is spacious, furniture and appliances are new, everything is just beautiful. There's spacious living room with dining room and kitchen with absolutely everything you need for cooking, Master bedroom with bathroom, second bedroom with its own bathroom, large terrace and an additional toilet. Cool thing is also a big TV with Netflix, Amazon and other platforms. And the terrace view is just perfect. You can dine on the terrace, which I highly recommend. Hosts are great as well. I can talk for a long time about this place, I really liked it, as well as my family.
Kuća je sazidana i projektovana tako da se u njoj osećate ne samo komforno nego kao iz nekih prvih filmova o Dzems Bondu...na izvestan način mistična, vedra, u prirodi ste i gledate u more, tiha,jednostavna, a savrsena....

Willa w cudownej okolicy!!! Urządzona minimalistycznie ze smakiem, bardzo gustownie. Wyposażenie w kuchni i łazience na wysokim poziomie. Widok na morze dodaje jeszcze większego uroku🌞ręczniki i pościele bardzo czyste, śnieżnobiałe ! Ogród zadbany, dostępne leżaki dla każdego apartamentu. Jeden, mniejszy znajduje się na parterze budynku, drugi na piętrze z dużym tarasem. Wspaniały pobyt w lutym!!! Polecamy😊

Wir hatten das Appartement im Parterre mit einem schönen Garten mit alten Bäumen. Es gab eine kleine Beanstandung und diese wurde sehr freundlich und sofort erledigt. Die Küche war perfekt eingerichtet, sogar mit Geschirrspüler. Es gab sehr viele Schränke für Kleidung etc. und es war angenehm warm mit Fußbodenheizung, bei einer Reise im Winter sehr wichtig.
Izjemno udobna nastanitev z veliko mero zasebnosti in prijaznim najemodajalcem. Tezko bi nasel negativno kritiko. Zagotovo se vrnemo.

Beutiful place to stay in Portorož. Villa has everything you need (washing machine, iron, dishwasher, etc.) Very spacious, comfortable bed, great shower and best of all, amazing sea view. The staff was very helpful as they accomoodate my wish even though they didn't have to. I really enjoyed my stay here.
