It was just what we needed . A family house with private parking . The apartment is just in front of the Bus station to take you to old town and near to all the restaurants and bars to walk to… it was absolutely quiet at night . An apartment with a fully renovated bathroom and all the accessories …. You don’t need more than a nice house in the perfect spot … with parking!!!! Mirko the owner is very kind and helpful, he told us everything about how to move around and were to go . Excellent hospitality!!

L'host Mirko è stato gentilissimo al nostro arrivo, fornendoci vari suggerimenti (ristoranti, spiagge, mezzi pubblici, attrazioni, luoghi da visitare, ecc...). La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima: molto vicina a Uvala beach e alla promenade; la fermata dei mezzi pubblici per il centro storico è sotto casa, inoltre la zona è ricca di servizi (farmacia, supermercato, posta). La casa era fornita di tutto il necessario per un buon soggiorno (shampoo, detersivi, cassetta di emergenza, ecc...).

Excellent accueil de Mirko, il nous a attendu après notre arrivée d'avion et les correspondance des bus. Il à pris son temps pour nous donner un maximum d'info sur Dubrovnik et les transports ainsi que les commerces, restaurants de proximité. Il y avait tous les documents concernant la région et les sites à voir. Il a nous a aussi répondu en Français au mieux qu'il a pu.. Merci à Mirko que je conseillerai à mes amis. jean-luc & Giselle

El apartamento es muy cómodo. Fuimos 3 personas y estuvimos muy a gusto. Está cerca de la playa de Lapad y en autobús llegas al centro en 5-10 minutos. Muy recomendable. Mirko ha sido muy amable.

Mirko est un super personne. Très amical, ultra disponible, trouve des solutions si on a besoin. Il prend le temps d'expliquer le coin, les commodités... C'est vraiment une gentille personne qui prend à cœur de nous héberger. L'appartement se trouve au dernier étage de la résidence très calme. Les arrêts de bus à proximité immédiate sont fort appréciables. Des restaurants en tous genre se trouvent juste de l'autre côté de la rue. A 10/15 minutes se trouve la plage. A 10 minutes d'un supermarché où l'on y trouve de tout. Nous sommes très proches de tout ça et pourtant nous sommes au calme. Si je dois revenir, je serrais déçu de ne pas à nouveau faire confiance à Mirko ! Merci à lui.

Nos gustó mucho el apartamento, estaba muy bien equipado. Nos gustó que hubiese muchas toallas, lavadora para lavar ropa, el aire acondicionado estaba perfecto para el calor de julio, la cocina equipada con lo necesario y Mirko, el anfitrión, un 10. Nos ayudó con ideas de actividades y con el boarding pass. Muchas gracias, Mirko!!

Mirko was really helpfull and kind gave us important information about the city, the location of the apartment is perfect, just few steps from the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. You can take a bus to the old town for two euros.

Super Lage mit Parkplatz, schönes Apartment mit ausreichend Platz. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und gibt Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants usw. Wir durften sogar länger im Apartment bleiben, weil keine neuen Gäste kamen, das war top :)

Fantástico apartamento. Perfecta ubicación, cerca de una playa, supermercados, restaurantes, y al lado de una parada de autobús que conecta con Old Town en 20- 25 minutos. El anfitrión fue muy amable, e incluso nos permitió entrar un poco antes de la hora establecida. La comunicación fue perfecta. Lugar recomendable para pasar unos días en Dubrovnik.

It was a great place to base yourself to explore the new town everything is in walking distance to the beech ect. Our host was great he showed us things to see and places to go, air conditioning was a great extra in the 30+ degree heat. Highly recommend!

Many thanks to Mirko for his warm welcome ! He made himself available when we had questions and let us stay a little longer, which made it easier for us to leave. His apartment is ideally located, close to everything and not far from the old town. I'd definitely recommend it !

Meillä oli upea reissu! Ostimme lentokenttä kuljetuksen Dubrovnik Tripin kautta ja kuljettaja kertoi meille kaikki parhaat vinkit tekemiseen, mitä kannattaa tehdä ja missä. Saimme myös listan mihin oli merkitty parhaat ravintolat ja baarit ja aktiviteetit! Listan kanssa ei tullut pettymyksiä vaan kaikki sujui ongelmitta :) Perillä odotti host joka auttoi laukkujen kanssa ja selosti vielä kartan avulla missä mikäkin on. Meillä oli todella tervetullut olo ja voin suositella tätä kohdetta kaikille!

Great location, a few minutes to a beautiful beach with infrastructure and many restaurants. Bus stop next to the apartment from where we get to the gate to the old town. Free parking under the apartment. Supermarket, bakery - everything nearby. 25 minutes walk to another beautiful beaches. A great place. The host is very helpful, advises on everything ...

One of the best options. Firstly, great location. The beach is situated nearby, you just have to walk along the pedestrian street with restaurants, besides, there is a bus station where you can get on a bus to Dubrovnik. The big supermarket is near the bus station. Secondly, this apartment has everything. Very various kitchen appliances, air conditioner, washing machine, hair-dryer, lots of towels. The apartment is spacious and light, the living room with a sofa is a big bonus too. We were met and told about all the sights of the district. I think this apartment is a real bargain considering the fact that in Croatia the accommodation usually is expensive.
