Located in heart of Lapad area known for its beautiful beaches, restaurants and walking trails by the sea. Quiet neighbourhood (without traffic sound) jet really close to all facilities, supermarket, pizzeria/restaurant, beautiful beach and promenade are all short walking distance from this apartment!
Best way to reach Old City Center is by public bus. Bus stop is located few min walk away from apartment Helen and the ride lasts 10-15 minutes.

Іван, власник апартаментів, дуже доброзичлива приємна людина. При заселенні зустрів, надав інформацію по туристичним маршрутам та місцям, розташуванням супермаркетів та відповів на всі додаткові питання. Плюс до всього зробив пізній чек аут, що дуже приємно. Розташування апартаментів дуже чудове та за 700 м від чудового пляжу! В апартаментах є вся необхідна техніка та швидкісний інтернет.

Great location, very easy to access Lapad with just a short walk. Ivan was our host and met us on arrival, he was super friendly and helpful and shared lots of local recommendations. The apartment itself was ideal, well equipped, modern and comfortable. Lovely outdoor area too!

Really clean and modern with all the facilities you could want. Great little touches which made the stay even more enjoyable and seamless. Excellent Host who showed us around and left us to enjoy his property. Replied instantly when I had a question and seemed like a very nice family man. Location was perfect for us with a small child because we had easy access to shops, bars, restaurants and a safe pedestrian zone to walk with a little one. Situated in a safe neighbourhood and it instantly felt like a home away from home.
Ivan was a great host, he was there to meet us for check-in, gave us a map of surrounding areas and Old Town and some recommendations of things to do and places to eat. The flat was nice and modern, with great AC and everything you need. When we had a minor problem, Ivan came and fixed it the same day- a very responsive friendly host. I would recommend this property to everyone!

Appartamento moderno. Dotato di tutto per permettere un soggiorno molto confortevole. Ivan ci ha accolto con molto entusiasmo e dandoci numerose informazioni che hanno reso la ns vacanza migliore.
Casa molto bella ed attrezzata con tutto l'occorrente. Ivan è stato gentilissimo nel darci tutte le info per passare al meglio il nostro soggiorno.
Apartamentul este situat într-o zonă foarte convenabilă, aproape de magazine, restaurante și transport public. Este perfect pentru cineva care dorește să exploreze orașul fără să depindă de mașină. De asemenea, apartamentul este foarte bine întreținut și curat. Proprietarul a fost extrem de amabil și receptiv.

Appartement neuf et bien équipé avec place de stationnement. Magasin d’alimentation à proximité. À 4 km environ de la vieille ville avec possibilité d’y aller en Uber ou avec les transports en commun.

Pięknie urządzony apartament, przestronny, posiada wszystkie udogodnienia, dużo czystych ręczników, kosmetyki, kuchnia bardzo dobrze urządzona i przestronna, właściciel bardzo miły, odpowiedział na wszystkie nasze pytania.
Hote attentif et réactif. Logement neuf fonctionnel et propre, climatisatio essentielle en été. Centre ville facilement accessible en bus (Old Town) ou a pied (bord de mer)
Nuestro viaje fue en familia con una niña de año y medio. Necesitamos hacer el check out más tarde de la hora establecida para no estar muchas horas hasta la salida de nuestro ferry y no nos pusieron problemas, nos facilitaron salir 2h más tarde sin ningún cobro adicional. Ivan fue muy amable y nos resolvió cualquier duda o necesidad. Muy recomendable para estar en familia, cerca de varias playas, con servicios como supermercados y transporte público que conectaba en 15 minutos con el centro histórico de Dubrovnik y el puerto con varias líneas de autobuses.
Logement confortable, bien meublé, très bien équipé
Nous avons tout aimé, l'emplacement proche de la plage et des restaurants. L'emplacement pour la voiture est un plus car beaucoup de difficultés à se garer aux alentours. Les remparts de Dubrovnik facilement accessibles en Uber ( le plus pratique) ou en bus. Et que dire de l'appartement sinon qu'il est très confortable et que tout le nécessaire y est. Enfin facilité de communiquer avec notre hôte qui nous a donné les informations nécessaires pour passer un excellent séjour dans la ville de Dubrovnik.
Well located apartment. 10min to sunset beach with tons of dining options. When we were there the beach felt abandoned, but this is temporary as many business owners didn't pay their taxes so the gvt shut down most of the bars/restaurants located directly on the beach. A pity! Otherwise, it will take you 30min+ to reach the old town by foot, but much faster with bus #4, stoping nearby. A uber will cost you around 7€. The apartment has everything you'll need for a short or longer stay: fully furnished kitchen, laundry, steady and fast internet connection. Ivan, the host, was responsive and friendly. Can recommend and would stay there again.
Très bon séjour, nous avions à notre disposition une très belle terrasse. Les équipements étaient très bien. La surface pour 4 personnes parfaite. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible pour toute question ! Nous sommes très heureux de notre voyage
Conveniently placed for shops and restaurants. Clean comfortable rooms and enough facilities for a short stay. Easy to get bus into Old Town. Owner / manager of property very helpful and friendly with very good English.

We had a great stay. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area. Ivan was great at giving directions and restaurant ideas. For us the location was perfect. Lapad is much quieter than Dubrovnik. You are on a hill but we found short cuts to get to the beach so the walk back up hill was not a problem. There are lots of supermarkets cafes and restaurants. The bay is lovely especially if you get a spot on the rocks away from the main beach. The no. 4 bus went every 15mins from very near the apartment to the gate of Dubrovnik old town for £1.50 each. It was so easy the bus ride was about 7mins which meant we could visit often without having to do Dubrovnik in one day. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return.

Ivan was very nice and helpful regarding information about the city. The flat is well located next the sunset beach and not too far from old town.
Great accommodation. Lovely being outside of the busy areas of Dubrovnik and having the choice of going into the old town which is very close. Beautiful beaches and swimming areas close by. Really enjoyed our stay here. Ivan was also very responsive to any requests or issues.

Very modern spacious and clean flat which was well equipped. Ivan lives on site but was very low key. Within a 10 minute walk of lots of restaurants and bars. Handy for the bus into the old city. Ivan arranged a transfer from the airport. Good WiFi.
Ivan ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber! Wir haben uns hier total wohl gefühlt. Die Terrasse ist wirklich gemütlich und man hat im Großen und Ganzen alles was man braucht. Wir würden wieder kommen!
Ivan was reallt helpthrough throughout from booking, organising pick up at the airport and checking in. He gave us some great local recmmendstions for resturants and trips to do all of which we throughly enjoyed. The apartment iself is nice and modern inside, well furnished and of a high standard which all the cooking and cleaning essentials you could possble need. We were working remotely during our stay so these amenities were really helpful. Also the WiFi was strong and fast more than what we needed! Would 100% stay again :)
Ivan is an incredible host full of knowledge about Croatia and helping with anything you need. His flat is spotless and filled with great finishing touches. It is in a fab location to walk to the beach and restaurants. Old town is also a very quick bus ride away. We loved our stay here.

Helen apartment is on the high end side. Household appliances are quite new with big brands. There’s a free private parking place next to the door and apartment is on the ground floor. Everything is quite handy! Walking distance to living necessaries. Travelling life was easy when staying at Helen. Highly recommended!
Host Ivan was very helpful organised airport pick up and return. Great location good quality apartments exactly as the booking site photos. I would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation . Near local bars and restaurants Mama Mia and the sports bar are less than 5 minutes walk.
