Villa Storia is a holiday villa located in the center of the picturesque town Sumartin on island Brač, just 170 m from the sea and 200 m from the nearest beach. The nearest restaurants (170 m), cafes (290 m) and grocery store (280 m) are within walking distance, making this charming house a perfect choice for a relaxing holiday.

All main attractions on the island, such as the famous beach Golden Horn in Bol, can be easily reached by car within an hour, which makes this villa a great starting point for exploring the island. The ferry line which directly connects Sumartin with Makarska on the coast is just 350 m away from the house.

Villa Storia covers 150 m2 of living area divided on ground and first floor level. The stone exterior combined with authentic traditional furnishings of the interior creates the unique charm and ambience of a traditional Dalmatian home. Villa Storia consists of 4 air conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 half-bath and can accommodate up to 10 persons.

The ground floor is designed as a lounge area with rustically furnished open concept living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, 1 air conditioned bedroom with double bed, 1 en suite bathroom with bathtub/shower combination and 1 half-bath. Living room has access to the terrace with an outdoor table and chairs.

Outdoor staircase leads to the first floor, designed as a resting area with 3 air conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds, 1 additional sofa bed for 1 person and private seaview balconies equipped with table and chairs, while one bedroom has 2 single beds. One of the bedrooms with double beds is a master bedroom which has access to a large seaview outdoor terrace with table and chairs and en suite bathroom with bathtub/shower combination. The other bedroom with a double bed and the third bedroom with twin beds share a bathroom with shower.

The highlight of this villa is undoubtedly the outdoor area, designed as a true oasis for anyone looking to fully immerse in a peaceful and relaxing vacation – spacious Mediterranean garden with greenery along with the private outdoor pool surrounded with sun loungers is a perfect place for spending long summer days, while the covered terrace with a large outdoor table and outdoor barbecue is ideal for evening gatherings with friends or family. Guests travelling with children will surely appreciate the outdoor play area equipped with swings, a slide and a trampoline, while those looking for recreational activities can also use the outdoor table tennis.

Villa Storia is fully air conditioned and equipped with SAT-TV, wi-fi internet, iron and ironing board, safe, stove (electric), oven, hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, washing machine and hair dryer. Baby cot and high chair are available on request. Beach towels and a complimentary welcome package (including basic groceries such as butter, jam, cheese, toast bread, ham, milk, juice, and a selection of fresh fruit) are included as part of the standard offer.
