Das Appartement war sauber und schön. Die Gastgeber freundlich und wir durften früher einchecken und später abreisen um 1 Std. Die Nähe zur Stadt war supa alles in 5-10min Fußweg erreichbar (Strand und Stadt). Parkplatz war auch dabei.

L'appartamento era molto spazioso e ottimo per ospitare 5 persone, anche se con un bagno solo in alcuni momenti non era facilissimo coordinarsi. Al nostro arrivo era tutto molto pulito e ordinato, erano presenti tutti gli utensili per cucinare (padelle, piatti e bicchieri) e anche alcune spezie, nonchè zucchero e sale. In casa è presente anche una lavastoviglie, e i proprietari ci avevano lasciato 3 capsule per lavare tutti i piatti. La posizione ottima molto vicine sia al centro storico e ai supermercati che all'ingresso del parco per andare alle spiagge, Comodissimo anche il parcheggio interno dell'edificio.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, sauberes und schön eingerichtetes Apartment, tolle Lage (man ist zu Fuß mit Kindern schnell im Zentrum und wir waren mit dem Rad schnell an den nahe gelegenen Stränden, sehr guter Preis, Parken im Innenhof, netter kleiner Balkon, Gasthaus der Gastgeber gleich daneben. Wir waren zu viert und hatten sehr viel Platz im Apartment, geräumige Wohnung!

The apartment is beautifully renovated, spacious, comfortable with lots of natural sunlight. Very conveniently located one block from the sea and grocery stores. A short walk to get to the old town, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the balcony with a view over the neighborhood. Only stayed for two nights, would have loved to stay longer.

Perfect location, walking distance to city centre. Free parking spot downstairs. Apartment very pretty, fresh and clean. Second bedroom a bit small for plus sized people, but ok. Not suitable for people with with invalidity due to lack of elevator. Host owns a very nice restaurant with special discount for guests.

Great location with a parking spot, comfortable bedrooms with lots of storage. The appartment was clean and a had working AC which was great since it was really hot. Good for the price! Note that there is no elevator and the appartment is on the 4th floor.

Ein wunderbar renoviertes Apartment in perfekter Lage. Ruhig, da zum Innenhof orientiert. Sehr schön eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Blitzsauber. Ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist in Rovinj noch ein besonderes Zuckerl angesichts der prekären Parksituation. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist einfach, da man diese nur im vis a vis gelegenen Restaurant Sorriso abholen muss. Jela und Zelko sind hilfsbereite und äußerst liebenswürdige Gastgeber. Wir kommen wieder!
