Villa Marea is a luxury holiday villa located in the picturesque and secluded village of Makarac near Milna on the western side of island Brač. This stylishly furnished villa is located just 140 m from the beach and surrounded with pristine Mediterranean nature which makes it a perfect choice for a city getaway with friends or family.

The center of Milna with abundant offers of restaurants, grocery stores and cafes is 2.6 km from the villa. Villa Marea can be reached only by a gravel and dirt road which leads from Milna to Makarac and it is necessary to note that it is not suitable for lower or sport cars.

Villa Marea covers 240 m2 of living area divided on 3 levels – basement, ground floor and first floor. The exterior made of traditional stone creates the ambience of being in an authentic Dalmatian house, while the carefully designed interior provides a touch of luxury and elegance for all guests staying in this charming villa. Villa Marea has 4 bedrooms, 4 en suite bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 persons.

Basement is designed as a recreation area equipped with 2 air conditioning units and table tennis, while those traveling with children will surely appreciate the play area with toys and playhouse for their young ones.

Ground floor consists of an open concept living room with a comfortable sofa, fully equipped kitchen, dining area with table and chairs for 8 persons, 1 air conditioned bedroom with single bed and en suite bathroom with shower. This floor also has 1 half-bath. Living room and dining area have access to the covered terrace with a large outdoor dining table, perfect for dining al fresco.

Elegant indoor staircase leads from the ground floor to the first floor level, which is designed as a resting area consisting of 3 air conditioned bedrooms with 3 en suite bathrooms with showers. Two bedrooms have king size double beds (180 x 200 cm) and share a balcony with a partial seaview equipped with an outdoor table and chairs. One bedroom has 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) which can be connected into a double bed, as well as a possibility for adding an extra folding bed for 1 person.

The outdoor area consists of a carefully maintained Mediterranean garden with greenery where guests can spend their days swimming in the outdoor pool (25 m2) with an outdoor shower or sunbathe on the sun loungers around the pool. Those who enjoy cooking outdoors also have an outdoor grill on their disposal.

Luxury villa Marea is fully air conditioned and equipped with SAT-TV, wi-fi internet, iron and ironing board, safe, electric stove, oven, hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine and hair dryer. Beach towels and a complimentary welcome package (including basic groceries such as butter, jam, cheese, toast bread, ham, milk, juice, and a selection of fresh fruit) are included as part of the standard offer. Baby cot and high chair are available on request. The property offers 4 parking places free of charge.
