Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo duża przestrzeń, świetne wyposażenie. Apartament spelnil nasze wszystkie oczekiwania. Polecam!

Kényelmes, jól felszerelt, szépen kialakított apartman. Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, az óváros központjában.
Schöne geräumige Wohnung im Obergeschoß mit 2 Schlafzimmern in sehr zentraler Lage, mitten in der Altstadt. Appartement mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Lone Bucht ca. 2 km entfernt, Fahrrad sehr empfehlenwert!

Die Lage in der Altstadt ist zentral und hervorragend. Restaurants sind direkt daneben. Der Holzboden und die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll und schön. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar.
stor, fin leilighet midt i gamlebyen. Godt utstyrt med kjøkkenutstyr. Kort vei til alt. Mange restauranter helt i nærheten. Fint å bade både fra strand og klipper. Kort vei til bussholdeplassen. Leiligheten har mange trapper, egner seg ikke for dem som ikke kan gå i trapper.
Great spot in old town. It is in the walking district so plan on that.
Posizione strategica e pulito.
Sve nam se svidelo. Savrsena lokacija, prostran apartman sto je retko za stari grad, cist, uredan, lepo uredjen. Divna krovna terasa na kojoj mozete piti jutarnju kafu. Vlasnica veoma fina i ljubazna, imali smo super komunikaciju.
Wir waren Anfang Oktober dort und leider war das Wetter schlecht. Dann ist die Wohnung etwas dunkel, logischerweise ist das bei den alten Steinhäusern in der Altstadt häufig so und im Sommer sind sie prima. Die Spülmaschine war kaputt und der Satellitenempfang beim TV klappte nicht. Und es hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Wohnraum und Schlafzimmer sind groß. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist schnell, die neue Gasflasche war umgehend angeschlossen. Die Lage ist schön zentral in der Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt.
Even though the apartment was in the center of town, it was really quiet and pleasant. The stairs take some getting used to, but we had a really comfortable stay.

Szuper helyen lévő, tágas apartman az óvárosban. Közel a kikötőhöz, strandhoz és jó éttermekhez. A házigazda kedves, minden kérdésünkre azonnal kaptunk választ egész ott tartózkodásunk alatt.
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w samym centrum starego miasta, wychodząc z apartamentu masz kilka knajpek do wyboru praktycznie pod drzwiami czy to na śniadanie, kawkę, kolację.Nad morze z 300 metrów więc szybciutko. Mieszkanie duże dwupoziomowe z dwoma klimatyzorami co w lato ma znaczenie.Dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Die Lage und Ausstattung des Appartments ist für 2 Paare oder Familien mit Teenagern perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern ebenso. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Für den Gepäcktransport empfehlen wir, sich einen Caddy oder ein Taxi vom Parkplatz (gibt's beim Cashier-Desk) zu buchen. Dann ist bereits bei der An- und Abreise Komfort garantiert.
The location is excellent for the old town and waterfront area and we would happily stay again. The apartment is very comfortable with many nice design touches. However, beyond the control of the owners, renters should be aware that there are two sets of narrow unlit stairs to pass through prior to reaching the last stairway up to the apartment. The second floor apartments seem to share a bathroom in the hall and often their doors are open. This is just normal life but one should be prepared.
Le gîte est très bien situé et très agréable à vivre. Toutefois, il manque un peu de vaisselle si vous voulez cuisiner (plats pour aller au four, couverts et assiettes).

Place had a unique look, large rooms & was clean. Reason for overall four stars is: you had to go up several flights of stairs and there were no working lights; the towels were very rough; window in bedroom when unboarded had a broken screen so couldn't keep open; balcony in picture looks much bigger than it is. Having said that, it was in a good location with two restaurants downstairs, lots of shops all around & close to the water.
Very comfortable, clean, cute and stylish. Good wi fi, cute little balcony and all the amenities you need for a good stay. The host was very gracious and lovely. Location is amazing.

Hat alles super geklappt. Lage perfekt. Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist, war der Aufstieg zur Wohnung über 2 sehr steile Stockwerke ohne Licht im Stiegenhaus. Aber auch darauf hat die Dame sofort geantwortet und gesagt, dass der Elektriker schon bestellt ist, aber noch nicht Zeit hatte. Das nächste Mal funktioniert das Licht dann hoffentlich. Wir kommen nämlich gerne wieder.
sehr schöne Wohnung im Herzen der Innenstadt. Trotz sehr zentraler Lage, in der es Nachts auch sehr beschäftigt ist, war die Wohnung nachts ruhig. Einzig das Treppenhaus hat es in sich. Für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität oder ältere, schwächere Personen wird es eine Qual sein, die Treppen in die Wohnung zu bewältigen. Aber abgesehen davon war alles perfekt.
Spacious with great location
De mooie ligging in het centrum en ook vlakbij plaatsen waar je kan zwemmen. Ondanks centraal toch niet veel lawaai tijdens de nacht.
Sehr gute zentrale Lage und sehr ruhig. Gut ausgestattete Küche und viel Platz im Wohnbereich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Mitt i smeten och nära till precis allt. Är du beredd att gå några trappsteg kan du förmodligen inte hitta ett mer centralt och prisvärt boende i Rovinj. Den lilla balkongen är ett plus där du hittar lugnet när turisterna blir för många. Vi var en familj på 4 (barn 10 och 13) och fick gott och väl plats. Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende!

Die Wohnung ist relativ groß- eins der Schlafzimmer ist in einer zweiten Etage - und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sie hat allerdings steile, offene Treppen im Wohnbereich und ist deshalb nicht für kleinere Kinder oder Menschen mit Gehbehinderung geeignet! Alles war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, die Wohnung aber gut renoviert. Die Lage ist toll - mitten in der Altstadt, dicht am Hafen und trotzdem ruhig. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Als wir ein Problem mit dem Gasherd hatten, ist sofort jemand vorbei gekommen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert und fair vom Preis!
Als Liebhaber der Altstadt von Rovinj kann ich diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen. Sie liegt im Zentrum und ist leicht zu erreichen . Ebenfalls zählt für mich die ruhige Lage . Buchung unkompliziert , Vermieter sehr freundlich .
Csodálatos napokat töltöttünk Rovinj-ban, ebben a gyönyörű kisvárosban, amihez nagyban hozzájárult ez a bájos, különleges lakás. Jó helyen van, közel a kikötőhöz, benn a szűk utcák különleges hangulatában. Nagy nappali, szép hálószobák és tisztaság volt mindenütt. Köszönjük!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist schlicht perfekt, um die wunderschöne Altstadt zu erkunden. Zudem ist sie mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail (was man ja eher selten findet) eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht. Im ersten Stock befinden sich Bad, Küche, ein Schlafzimmer und das geräumige Wohnzimmer. Im zweiten Stock ist das zweite Schlafzimmer und die hübsche Terrasse. Alles lief unkompliziert auch der Early Check in. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Wor waren mit vier Kindern der in dem Apartment und ein wenig überfordert mit der situation vor Ort. Dann haben uns die Vermieter sowas von gut unterstützt uns uns sehr hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und wir konnten unseren Urlaub sehr genießen. Die Vermieter waren rund um die Uhr für uns erreichbar. Einfach nur mega. Dazu kam noch das sie sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit sind. Dankeschön 🤗 es war wunderschön
We’ve been coming to Rovinj for the past 11 years, and Midea is far THE BEST apartman we’ve stayed in. It’s spacious, clean, with all the practical accessories necessary included. It’s a duplex at the rooftop of an old building, completely renovated and functional. It’s balcony is perfect for morning coffee, and the windows give to the old city streets. The host is extremely nice and welcoming. We got an extra set of clean towels for a 6 night stay, and a small PRESENT, because the host noted on our check-in documents that one of us was celebrating their birthday during our stay. There is just one toilet for a maximum of 5 guests, but we made it work just fine. The old wooden stairs take you up three floors with romantic squeaking sounds. All in all, the Rovinj magic is very real, once you choose to stay in Midea apartment. We highly recommend it!
This was such a great spot! The apartment is in the center of Old Town surrounded by restaurants and beautiful quaint streets. We didn’t spend much time inside but the apartment had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!
Ottima posizione : centralissimo appartamento molto ben ristrutturato. Ambiente accogliente e molto spazioso . Superlativa la piccionaia ( terrazza) . Molto consigliato
All good. Location is just perfect and apartment ideal for family. There is plenty of room for everyone. At the heart of the old city. 2 min walk from the see, Marina and beautiful coast. Will be back for sure. Very good Wi-Fi in all rooms.

Top Lage, zentraler geht's nicht. Trotzdem sehr leise. Obere Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet.
