Holiday house Stone is located in the first row from the sea, only 10 m from the beautiful pebble beach with various caffe bars, restaurants and water sport activities at hand’s reach. Although the house is located near the beach, it provides its guests with privacy thanks to the beautiful and spacious Mediterranean garden enriched with palm, olive and cypress trees, various flowers and decorative shrubs which spread on 900 m2 around the house. The outside is equipped with a terrace, garden furniture and an outdoor grill, ideal for peaceful and relaxing summer days. The wonderful sea view contributes to the feeling of being in a small private oasis. The property offers 4 parking places.
Holiday house Stone was renovated in 2012. and is a suitable accommodation for 8-10 people. The house is laid on 3 floors: ground floor, first floor and high attic. The ground floor consists of a living room with SAT TV and a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. First floor and high attic are designed as a resting area, which consists of 4 modernly decorated bedrooms with double beds and 3 bathrooms. Holiday house Stone also has a beautiful and spacious balcony equipped with outdoor furniture which offers a breathtaking view on the garden, the sea and the surrounding archipelago of islands. Holiday house Stone is air-conditioned and equipped with SAT TV and Wi-Fi internet connection. The guests also have a washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board at their disposal. The owners of the house live in the separate part of the property and are at disposal for anything the guests may need.
