Overview
Our spacious two-bedroom apartment is placed near the Špica River Park in a quiet part of the city centre.
With two bedrooms, a walk-in shower and a tailor-made kitchen it is ideal for families or small groups of friends.
Free parking is in front of the building, in the vicinity there is public transportation (a bus stop) and public bike-rental spot.
Our two-bedroom Jojo Apartment with a separated kitchen has a true city feeling! It is located on the third floor (no elevator) and therefore it offers a nice view of the Ljubljana castle hill and the surroundings. It has a hallway, 1 master bedroom with a double bed, where a comfortable extra bed or a sofa can be arranged for one more person, and the second bedroom with a double bed. There is a tailor-made kitchen with dishes and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Towels and linens, as well as free wireless internet, are all included!
Jojo Apartment accommodates 4 people, two in each room. But if needed, there is a possibility to prepare a comfortable bed on the couch in the master bedroom for one more person (15,00 € per person per night). Therefore, the apartment can accommodate maximum 5 people.
You will love staying at this spacious apartment in a really good location. Old part of Ljubljana city centre is a 15-minute walk away along the green banks of the Ljubljanica River. If you come by car, you can park in front of the building (free parking) or on a public payable parking 1 minute away. In the vicinity, there are pubs with vibrant local scene as well as public transportation (a bus stop) and a public bike-rental spot. Just across the street, there is a port for boats on the Ljubljanica River, a bit further on there is one of the nicest city parks in Ljubljana – the Špica park. If you cross the bridge for pedestrians, you will reach the oldest botanical garden in Ljubljana.
You will enjoy staying at our Jojo Apartment and you will love Ljubljana, European Green Capital 2016 and Slovenia, European Region of Gastronomy 2021. You will leave Jojo Apartment with a smile on your face and wish you could come back soon. Of course we’ll meet again then!

Our stay at the apartment was lovely. Walkable distance to the center and a peaceful neighborhood. The apartment was well cleaned and met our expectations. The only minus was that the stove wouldn’t turn on but the host was quick to help us with a portable stove to replace the original stove. Would recommend! :)
We really enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect and clean. We felt like home. Thanks to Martina for being so hospitable.

Appartamento nuovo,pulito e vicino al centro.
El apartamento es totalmente nuevo en un edificio antiguo. La puerta se abre a través de una web (comodísimo). Todo estaba muy limpio y nuevo. El baño tenía gel, champú y acondicionador, radiador toallero. Está a pocos minutos andando del centro. Nos encantó el café detrás del apartamento junto al río, una zona estupenda para cualquier hora del día.

L’appartamento interno e la pulizia. Parcheggio disponibile sotto casa e centro città facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.
Really fine and comfortable
We stayed here for 2 night while on a roadtrip and we enjoyed our stay. There is free parking on the inner court of the apartments. While it looks busy there, we were always able to find a spot. Entrance to the building and apartment with an app worked fine. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, which is ok, only a bit annoying to carry the suitcases up. The apartment is nice and the beds were good. The pillows weren't great, but thankfully we have our own in the car. We didn't check if there were any other ones available in the closets somewhere though. The airconditioning didn't do much, but thankfully opening all the windows in the evening helped cool down the place quickly. It's in close walking distance to the city center, 10-20 minutes depending on where you are going. The neighborhood is quiet. The host always responded quickly to messages and even checked in to ask if everything was good and if we needed something. Would recommend staying here.

Prácticamente todo. La ubicación (se encontraba a apenas 10 mn del centro en agradable paseo junto al río), un apartamento bonito y la atención por parte de los propietarios fue en todo momento cercana.
We had an excellent stay at Martina’s apartment. Check in was very easy and straightforward, the apartment was spacious with everything we needed. It was quiet and clean. It was a short 10-15 min walk to many restaurants and coffee shops, with bike rentals nearby as well.

Расположение отличное. Чисто. Парковку нашли во дворе бесплатную. Рядом есть платные парковочные места в достаточном количестве. Тихо .Кухня оборудована посудомоечной и стиральной машиной. Отдыхали 4 человека. Две отдельные спальни. 3 этаж без лифта + партер. Заселились без проблем по коду по телефону.
Appartamento pulitissimo, silenzioso e spazioso. Ha tutto quello che è presente in descrizione ed è facile da raggiungere. Il centro è a 1km a piedi dall'appartamento. Zona sicura e taxi economici in caso di pioggia. Host davvero proattivo e amichevole
Un appartamento molto pulito, spazioso. Abbiamo dormito molto bene. Dintorni non proprio belli da fare una passeggiata a piedi, ci vuole la macchina . Però poi appartamento merita.

It was close to center, it has enough space for a family of 5.
Cosy stay not too far from central Ljubljana . The bedrooms are comfortable and the apartment is warm in the winter. Not always the quietest (I think there is a young family upstairs or next door). Host communication clear and check in super easy. Small note - there isn’t a dryer but a drying rack if that’s something you need during your stay.

Martina is a very friendly, helpful and responsive host. We forgot a shirt and the posted it to us straight after. The apartment is what it promises on the pictures. Very practical as there can be three seperate doublebeds. Located in a nice residential neighbourhood very close to the center and river. Parking was no problem.
Perfect place to stay near center.
The apartment is in a nice area, quiet but really near to the city center. Inside it’s modern, clean and has lots of useful things (eg. dishwasher, games, spices, vacuum and much more). And Martina was really helpful.
Everything was as described. The accommodation was exactly what we needed and wanted. The location is great - about 10-15 minutes by walk from the center. The city is beautiful. Martina as a host is even better - always available, willing to give some advice. In the end - for any recommendation.

Appartamento in una palazzina anni 60 ma completamente ristrutturato. Visto il prezzo mi aspetto più attenzione. Alcune tazze erano rotte, Lo scarico del lavandino non funzionava benissimo ma a parte questo tutto bene. Eravamo in 4 tutto bene avendo 2 stanze era silenzioso. Anche se si trova al 3 piano però sono 4 piani a piedi con le valigie per noi no problem ma immagino possa essere un problema per alcuni. Consiglio per un breve soggiorno ma consiglio maggiore attenzione alla proprietaria

a casa da Martina é exatamente como as fotografias e a Martina é bastante gentil e proativa. o apartamento apresenta todos itens de cozinha e estava tudo muito organizado e limpo. apenas um detalhe o estacionamento nao é fixo do apartamento, entao pode ser que nao haja vaga disponivel quando precisar, mas tem bastante opcoes proximos (mas nao é gratis).
Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt
A lakás nagyon kényelmes választás 4-6 személy számára. Nekünk fontos szempont volt a parkolás és minden nap volt ingyenes helyünk a belső parkolóban, ez nagyon tetszett. A belváros pár perc sétára van, a közelben vannak kisebb boltok, a sétálóutcákban pedig rengeteg étterem (több Michelin csillagost is találtunk), bár,fagyizó. Remek a lakás, a város és az ország is, gyertek és élvezzétek ti is!
Despite a first strange feeling in the stairs to reach for the appartement, the appartement was extremely well build : cosy and well-organised kitchen, nice Italian shower, spacious room for the parents (with Airco) and spacious room for our kid. Getting into the Apparetement has never been that simple. REALLY an appartement to recommend.
La zona muy tranquila, dando un paseo se llega al centro de Liubliana, es fácil aparcar gratis, el apartamento tiene todas las comodidades para una estancia corta e incluso larga también. Muy aconsejable
L'extérieur du bâtiment ne reflète pas du tout la qualité de l'appartement. Il est cosy, très bien équipé, spacieux, avec beaucoup de rangement et la clim dans la pièce principale (mais pas dans la chambre). Tout peut se faire à pied et il existe plusieurs chemins sympas pour accéder au centre.
O apartamento tem tudo o que precisa para ter ótimos dias em Liubljana! O bairro é ótimo e está próximo de tudo que for necessário e a uma caminhada leve do centro. Recomendo a região, foram dias ótimos e tranquilos! A casa correspondia exatamente à descrição e estava muito organizada. Adoramos passar alguns dias lá. Os anfitriões também sempre estiveram à disposição para nós auxiliar! Foi ótimo!
The apartment is spacious and clean, with a number of nice little amenities (e.g., heated towel rack, electric blinds). The smart lock app for access worked great. The apartment is located a short 15-20 minute walk to many of the main sites downtown. There is also a grocery store right down the street. Martina is a great host. She is very responsive and checked in to make sure our visit was going well. Highly recommended!

Die Zeit in der Jojo-Wohnung war sehr schön. Wir hatten am Anfang Probleme mit dem elektronischen Schlüssel, aber ein unkompliziertes Telefonat hat alles gelöst.
Prima, comfortabel appartement in een rustige buurt. Op loopafstand van het centrum van Ljubljana (20 minuten ), ook met vlotte connectie om de bus te nemen wat heel gemakkelijk is. Het appartement is zeer ruim, heel net en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Excellente communicatie met host Martina.

Die Kommunikation mit Martina war sehr gut, alle Infos rasch erhalten. Das Appartement ist schön, sauber, die Innenstadt in ca. 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung!
The flat is very clean and organised, as in the photos. We arrived in the evening, and low lighting in the building and sorroundings made a bit tricky to find the entrance for the first time, but after that all good. The neighbourhood is quiet and looked safe, with a number of families nearby. We had a very enjoyable stay. Tks for the hospitality!

Très bien situé pour visiter la ville à pied mais également pour sortir de Ljubljana et aller visiter d’autres endroits tout en pouvant facilement se garer en bas de l’immeuble. Pratique, équipé et sans souci. Seul bémol, les lits sont plus petits qu’attendu (140, pas 160).

Ljubljana központja pár perc sétával elérhető. Szomszédok csendesek, kedvesek voltak. A szállás kiadó telefonon elérhető bármilyen kérdés esetén. Csillagos ötös!
The place was very clean. Rooms were nice. The hosts were very responsive. There is a bus stop nearby that can bring you to the hyper center of Ljubljana. Overall it's a nice stay, thank you!

10-14 Haziran 2023 tarihleri arasında kaldığımız ev nehir kenarında yeşillikler içinde güzel bir yerde.Yaklaşık onbeş dakika yürüme ile şehrin güzel yeme içme,oturma,alışveriş bölgesine ulaşmak mümkün. Sokaklar yürümek için oldukça keyifli,sessiz. Ev temiz ve rahattı. Ev sahibi bir mesajla ulaşılabilir mesafedeydi. Ev dördüncü katta asansör yok. Neyseki çok ağır bavullarımız yoktu. Burada çok çok güzel bir dört gün geçirdik.Teşekkürler.

We loved staying in Jojo's apartment. Martina was a wonderful host - incredibly helpful and responsive but respected our privacy. Self check-in worked well and parking was easy. We were a short walk from the old town and plenty of restaurants. We absolutely loved Ljubljana and hope to be back one day!
